If this helps one person make the decision to not rent in this building it was worth it. While the location is great (that’s the one star), the building is a complete mess. Elevators never work… they are currently installing new ones but this means that they will be down to two for the next year or more. The building is full of students who have no respect for public property and walk around barefoot. The management staff (except for Travis) is rude, lazy and incompetent. The apts. have window heating/​cooling units that let in tons of cold air in the winter and warm air in the summer. My ComEd bill was over $ 100 for a 650 sq. ft. apt. The «concierge» at the front desk is nothing more than a front desk person… they do NO concierge services and will give you total attitude if you even ask them to turn on the cab light. The work-​out room is dirty and out of date. The pool is disgusting and I would be afraid my skin would fall off if I got in. They are WAY over-​charging at this building. Don’t make the same mistake I did. This place is a dump.
