I am so grateful to have found Urban brain and body. It was recommended to me by my chiro. And homeopathic doc. Rick Ezgur. Nick is my clinician and he is very compassionate and attentive. He has done an amazing job making sure the protocols are adjusted to my needs every week. They have a deal where the first 5 sessions you get are 75 $ each with the clinician instead of 150 $. They also have sessions for as low as 40 $. They provide excellent care at an affordable price. I am doing very well under their care.

I did a Brain Painting session with Hannah, and it was a relaxing and enlightening experience. I was hooked up to sensors that monitored my movements and brain activity. A visualization of the sensors showed up on the computer screen, which helped to calm my mind and bring me to a meditative state. I left there feeling like I slept for hours. I would definitely recommend this to folks who are suffering from high anxiety and stress levels.
I met the other clinicians and they were all very personable, knowledgeable, and expressed a genuine interest in my well-​being.

I recently attended an open house in their beautiful, new office, and I was so lucky to win a raffle of two neurofeedback sessions with one of their therapists. Stephanie was great! She explained neurofeedback to me, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process, which was fascinating. I highly recommend this new practice!
