Wow… you all exceeded my expectations! Everyone loved the look and taste of the cake. The cake was fabulous & well done and most importantly… my partner loved it. So a huge THANK YOU to you all at Urban Icing! I’ll be back for sure and will recommend Urban Icing.

Very disappointing. :-(My fiancée and I were looking for a wedding cake baker. We had a lot of questions and were hoping for some help. Chelsea could not be bothered to even stand up and greet us. There was no one else in her shop so we were surprised when she seemed to not have time to explain the differences in cake sizes or help us understand what is a good approach to feed 150 people. We sometimes play a game of bad service or racism and in this case given the other 5 stars that Chelsea has received we’re leaning towards racism. We made several stops this day and the vast majority of proprietors were friendly and helpful and asked for contact information to follow up. Chelsea did neither.

I worked with Chelsea and she helped me plan a WONDERFUL Birthday Party for my 10 year old girl and a few friends. We decorated cookies and had a great tea party! In addition, they made us the most beautiful butterfly cake I had ever seen. My daughter was over the moon! Chelsea also worked with us to order food for the parents.
We will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! We use them for ALL of our company needs and Chelsea is your go to contact for anything you need… she really came through for us in the clutch (2 days prior to an event) we needed SPECTAULAR and her ideas and designs are out of this world! Would recommend to anyone who wants a truly unique experience. She was even kind enough to follow up and see how everything went after! This place is exceptional and will be using them for my own personal needs as well!

Urban Icing designed a custom cake for my twin girls first birthday party. I sent them a photo of what i wanted and it turned out exactly like the picture — it was perfect! We were having a 100 guests so they also made cupcakes to match the main cake. I have to say I called so many times to adjust my order, ask questions, make sure they understood what i wanted, etc. and Chelsea never made me feel like the pain in the butt that I was being! She was so nice every time and seemed to care about my party being a success as much as I did! And most importantly, the cake was delicious! We had a variety of flavors: pumpkin, chocolate, and vanilla — ALL were to die for! The pumpkin especially! I had friends texting me days after the party saying they were having cake cravings and wondered if I had any left over! From here on out, I will be ordering all of my cakes from Urban Icing! For sure.
