USA Vein Clinics

I would give this business zero stars if possible. DO NOT go to USA Vein Clinics, it is a group of scam artists ;looking for ways to manipulate and confuse you so they can bill your insurance and get the most money our of your plan and your pocket.
I admit I likely should have known better, however, I went it for a «free» consultation for a spider vein. Before even seeing the Doctor, a technician came in and whisked me into an Ultrasound room, explaining it was a necessary procedure to see if there were any varicose veins as well. This wasn’t presented as an option, nor did they pause to go check in my insurance would cover the ultrasound. It’s now clear to me they employ this trick for likely every unsuspecting patient in order to bill the insurance, which they know won’t be covered and will hit my Out Of Pocket Deductible… which is exactly what happened, and after paying the $ 20 co-​pay, I got a bill 3 months later for $ 320 for an ultrasound I didn’t need. I didn’t go in for varicose veins; I just wanted them to look at a small sider vein, but, they knew the bigger money would be «investigating» my legs varicose veins. Which, shocking, I didn’t have, just like I told the Technician and Doctor! They preyed on my lack of knowledge and manipulated me into a situation where I now owe $ 300+ out of pocket to this group of criminals.
Do NOT give these people your money, and stick with your Dermatologist or ask your regular Physician for a referral.

No stars for this place. They did ok with procedures but my legs still hurt. Nobody explains anything to you about and the procedure or what to expect after when healing. They call you 20 thousand times to confirm your appts. to the point that is annoying. I need to see them again I imagine to see if my legs are healing correctly, but seems to me that they really don’t care how there patient do at the end. After my procedure was finish, was hard to talk to the doctor. I had to return for my last follow up appointment and because I had to change insurances. Nobody explained that they could not see me in this office anymore. They want me to go very far in the south for me is hard because i have a busy schedule and sufer from anxiety when things are hard. So they no longer would see me if i don’t go South. I find that ridiculous. There is no way to talk to the doctors only with the oficce people and the billing «Supervisor» which is a jerk,“Vicky“she said. She would not give me her last name. So I would not recommend this place at all. Ater all I still don’t know if my procedure worked. Had to give a star because Unilocal ask me.

I’ve had trouble with the veins in the back of knees since having my daughter. It just worsened when I would stand long hours in the kitchen for work. A friend suggested USA Veins Clinic, but I was afraid at first. After reassurance from the receptionist, I made an appointment. Got my ultrasound and turns out I shouldn’t have been as scared as I thought, because it took me only 2 procedures, at about 20 minutes each. Both were done on the same week. Best part — insurance covered everything and I didn’t have to spend time in hospital — I returned to my normal daily activities right after procedure.
