Loved my visit to this little shop! Before I chose my box of chocolates I sampled some little bites they had out. It was so nice to get a sense of different flavors. I asked the gentleman there about the flavor of the week. He told me about it then gave me a sample! A delightful lemony treat. Then I gushed about how much I loved lemon and he gave me a taste of a lemon flavor bar they make… also delightful! He told me all about my flavor options so I felt like I made completely informed decisions when I chose the ones to take home with me… and I wasn’t disappointed.

We came strictly for desserts, and thought it lived up to its reputation for desserts. They are fancy and tasty. They are a bit pricy for dessert ($ 12+ each), but you get pretty big portions, so you don’t feel ripped off by any means. I would like to go back to try the signature hot chocolates (they look delicious).

i love to try things. when i stumbled upon these chocolates, i became an instant fan. their combination of ingredients are a little eyebrow raising though definitely for the adventurous like myself.
they are spreading fast & soon i’m sure they’ll be in every location that i spend my money. right now, they sure do seem to be where i buy my groceries & where i get my favorite sandwiches.
can’t wait to check out one of their chocolate parlor/store.

I’m adding this review to praise the corporate offices of Vosges for distributing these fine chocolates to various other vendors, like Binny’s Beverage Depot. Of course, certain chocolates go with certain wines. But for me, the allure is having that extra-special, last-minute impulse buy while I’m out obtaining my booze.
For Heaven’s sake, Katrina! Why do you follow, tempt and torment me wherever I go? *Sigh* I suppose it was meant to be.
Thanks, corporate Vosges for making it easy for me to obtain your goodness without having to feel like I’m assessing the perfect diamond at Cartier or Tiffany. Just give me the chocolate and the booze, and I’m all set! Weeeeeee!
