Worst pharmacy! Do not go here. Plan on waiting 20 – 30 minutes to even get to the front of the line, let alone get your prescriptions. I have come here over 10 times and each was ridiculous! Slowest service!

Skip this place if you need a Wellness Check. They take online appointments, but don’t fulfill them. And their rude pharmacist and his team will grunt and moan about the system and then tell you to come back in a hour cause he is so busy. Never mind they don’t acknowledge you have been waiting 5 minutes to hear this great news. Skip them. Brining down Walgreens reputation one pissed off customer at a time.

Sale items get sold out pretty quick because Chinese residents are super frugal. My only bad experience was when they had the Facebook photo promo and they indicate on the bottom that I could get a maximum amount for free, but it turned out it was too good to be true. Wow, so misleading and they printed them all out without consulting me first. Nicely played photo lady, you had my contact information and instead of waiting for me to call back or anything, you printed everything I had out because you knew I would not be able to get out of paying for all of them. After that indicent, I stopped shopping here with my own pocket money. However, I will admit I gotten less mad at Walgreens because most of the current employees are not that bad.

Nobody’s home here. They forget to call when there’s a problem with the prescription, then when you call them back you get put on hold for 10 minutes. I was waiting for over a week for them to call to tell me when my prescription got in… when they said it would take 2 days. I went there in person at first and they assured me the drug was covered by my insurance. So I call a week later and ask about it, and wait on hold, and then they tell me it hasn’t even been ordered yet because of some glitch with the insurance. Well, maybe you should have called and told me about this instead of just letting it sit. Now I have to straighten this out and probably wait another week just to get my medicine.
All this «modern» technology, and nothing gets done. Not here, at least.

The pharmacy here don’t have it together, a simple prescription for allergy meds turns into a circus, the lady who was taking care of the late night shift told me that my doctor had to call because SHE deleted my script, came back in the next afternoon, after my doctor called in the morning, still didn’t have my meds together, Waited 30 more minutes for a simple allergy medication, I’d hate to see what happens if I needed serious medication.

The only bad thing about this walgreens is the check out line. It just gets very long at times. Especially pharmacy, I think they need to hire more employees to work at the pharmacy section. There are usually 2 people in front of me waiting to talk to a pharmacist or get my prescription, but the wait is usually 15 minutes or more. And the pharm interns or techs can be a little nicer and give better customer service. It’s cool that they can speak Chinese (good if your English is bad and if you speak Chinese). They are pretty helpful if you ask nicely.
Over all if you are not from the area then you should just go to another Walgreens (unless it’s for some emergency).

Deceptive pharmacist. Came in to fill a prescription. They didn’t have it but associate offered to call another Walgreens. While holding, the pharmacist stops the associate’s search and, looking up from his computer, says he looked it up and sees that the other Walgreens has plenty. I drive straight there. Nope. None. Waste of time. He obviously didn’t want his personnel wasting time helping a customer, even though there were no other customers. He was content to be of no help to someone trying to fill their prescription in the middle of the night. Walgreens must be scraping the bottom of the barrel when looking for pharmacists. Obviously, someone looking to fill a prescription late at night might be experiencing a problem.

I just saw an employee show a customer an item, and kept walking away as the customer was asking questions. This is why I don’t shop at Walgreens and using them right now to charge my phone.
I felt bad for the lady and went to go help her myself.

Always takes them forever to ring anyone up. The older cashiers always stop to chat with people no matter what and there’s always a line way around the corner. The fastest I’ve ever gotten rung up was by a new trainee that had no idea what he was doing. Also, they always seem unprepared and understocked. .. some of the displays can be crude and hard to shop. ..

Besides the fact that almost all the employees and patrons seemed to be Chinese, there’s nothing that makes his Walgreens stand out from the rest.
I walked in to buy a couple CTA day-​passes for when friends visit from out of town.

Photo department refused to sell us photos we printed because they «looked too professional». I had enhanced the colors myself on
! Not sure how they expected us to get a «formal release» from a non-​existent photographer. Won’t be coming back here!

I hate that they don’t advertise what is on sale from the ads on the shelf. Pain in the ass!
Cashiers are not friendly and they check your coupons closely here like you trying to rip them off.

It’s a regular Walgreens. I use it mainly to park when I need to pick up some quick takeout in New Chinatown. There is a sense that they will tow so do your non-​Walgreens business quickly.

Yes this place is definitely open! I go here a lot because it’s close to where I live, and it’s convenient. They have a parking lot and a Redbox! Most of the employees are helpful and polite. Sometimes a part of the store can be a bit messy if they’re restocking.

This place is definitely open. I was here on Sunday 3⁄28 and people were alive and well whilst shopping. I have to say the employee’s were not very friendly and a customer actually burped in my face. Yup. I almost puked on her but instead I paid quickly for my diet pepsi and crystal light and ran away. The cashier didn’t even hand my bag to me after bagging my stuff, she ran to another register and directed the line to her. I would really love to say that it wasn’t because I’m not Asian but it truly felt that way. No big deal, tho. I can smile and move on. G’day.
