It should be called Slow Food !!! Horrible service and long lines. We deserve better.

New beautiful building and parking lot but same old bad horrible service. I’ve frequent this location three times since it reopened. I’ve only used the drive thru and I go after work so very long line. I could have went in but I waited in the comfort of my car listening to music for about 20 minutes each trip. My order has never been wrong but my encounters with the drive thru employees have been horrible. No need to have a new outside if the inside is horrible. My last visit I was not given a receipt for my purchase so I asked for one. The drive thru employee stared at me and said «The machine ain’t workin.» She was upset that I asked for a receipt for my purchase that is due to me. What makes it even worst is that the manager was behind her and did not intervene. If this type of behavior continues to exist this location will be filled with bad behaviors and not just employees but also people hanging out which will defeat the purpose of rebuilding the restaurant. Corporate needs to know about this.

Do not go if you have a tight lunch hour.
Parking is abundant because many do not want to eat inside.
The staff is slow and if you ask for any customization on a burger be prepared for multiple HUH’s. The place is brand spanking new and the staff still can’t keep up with removing full trash bins and litter under tables.
The chili was watered down and not even filled to the normal amount which is about ¾″ from the top of the container.
The fries were hot and the burger was rather tasty.
if you go between 11:30a.m –1:00 pm you will wait in a long line at one point it was 15 people deep. The wait came out to about 14 minutes give or take a second.
This is Englewood so it is a food dessert and Wendys is not the spot for quick clean service.

What a great new start.
I just had to come check out this new Wendy’s.
I’m very pleased that I did.
The parking lot is much bigger.
And from the outside the new look it great and you can spot this place out from the expressway.
When I walked in to my surprise the dining room area is huge with plenty of tables and chairs. So nice and bright with a free Wi-​Fi setting area
This is a new Wendy’s built from the ground up in the same location.
How great is that.
The service that I received today was very nice. I was pleased with my food and most of all my hot fries.
Good job Wendy’s welcome back.

Just drove past this place and I see it’s torn down in order to build a new Wendy’s. I don’t care how shiny the new building is, if the service is like the old one, then I won’t be going there either.
And speaking of service, the old Wendy’s was horrible. Where do I begin? Long lines. Poor service. Slow service. Wrong orders. And I love going to places where they have to buzz you into the restroom.
Back when I was a kid, Wendy’s used to be good, but over the years they have shrunk the size of everything while raising the prices. I doubt I’ll visit the new Wendy’s in this location.

I love Wendy’s, and unfortunately, this is the closest one to me a majority of the time lately. No matter what you order, they make you pull up and wait for them to bring the food out to you, and continuously stick this baking sheet out of the window to reset the timer, which is crazy. One time I even had a fruit fly in my cup. You know those really really tiny ones that are annoying as hell? Yeah, that. Disgusting. If you can help it, go to the one on 87^th.

I don’t normally eat fast food but when I do, I prefer somewhere else. They do the cooking sheet trick which is shockingly annoying especially when they advise you to park your car to their closest door so that someone will walk out with your food after a 10 minute wait.

The MOST unprofessional staff at any Wendy’s that I ever visited, ANYWHERE!
Today at approximately 2:15pm, after a nice woman took my money at the first window, I was literally thrown my food (by a man) without as much as a hello. After waiting at the window afterward, the woman working the pick up window asked me «What chu waiting foe?» I told her the type of drink I ordered, she got it, and handed it to me without an apology, or even a considerate departure statement like, «have a nice day», or the sort.
Food is average, service is SUPER TERRIBLE, and the area is dangerous. You would do better eating elswhere.

This place is SLOW. They keep their drive-​thru numbers low by sticking a large baking sheet out the window to reset the timer, just watch as you pull from the first window to the second — usually at night. The service is rude and food is rarely fresh.
