I called these guys last year and they fixed my heating and air conditioning unit quickly and for a very reasonable cost. They are very hardworking and get back to you quickly. They did everything they said and I have had no problems since they fixed it. I called them again this year to replace another unit and they are again a pleasure to work with. They scheduled me very quickly and are on time.

Brandon Brod (the owner of Yearound) will restore your faith in service providers. I work for a fairly large building (201 apartments) in Uptown, Chicago. Yearound started servicing our PTAC (packaged terminal air conditioner and heater) units in 2009, and I haven’t looked back. No excuses, no problems, just excellent work and service. Our residents are very happy with his technicians (no complaints, which is extremely rare), his prices are competitive, and he backs up his work. Brandon is very knowledgeable in his field, and has integrity almost to a fault. Yearound service is a company that I can’t recommend highly enough. Before we started using Yearound, the repair and semi-annual service of our PTAC’s was a source of anxiety for me, our residents, and my staff. Now it is not. I think that pretty much sums it up.

I highly recommend Yearound. Starting with the very first phone call to the company to ask about services and prices, the woman who answers the phone is very knowledgeable about what service entails, prices, and options and that’s unusual to find.
We had 3 PTAC heat/air wall units cleaned and one that is 12 years old inspected to see if it’s working well enough. I learned that the unit was in good working order and could last for many more years. Some companies might’ve said it was time for a replacement to make a sale. I received instructions on how to maintain our units to make them last.
Yearound is respectful, professional, careful with your property, thorough, patient and service is well priced.

This company is great! After TRS Sales stopped working on wall unit a/c and heat (see previous review, UGH), I was referred to Yearound. They came out last year to replace a piece that was stopping my a/c from getting cold, and the two guys explained everything along the way and were very friendly. They wear booties over their shoes to not get your carpet dirty. Yesterday I had Yearound out again to clean and checkup on the unit to make sure it’s running smoothly before summertime. I got one of the same workers, and he was just as friendly and honest again.
Plus, these guys come out to Crystal Lake from Chicago. VERY rare and I appreciate it so much. I am happy I found a trustworthy company.
