Just walked in and bought a new water pipe with my husband. Was talking to a really nice, cute red head. She was attentive, helpful, and even worked with us on the price. There was a brunette who was working also. My husband noticed the brunette walking around and in front of us, not saying a word. Every time we’d engage in conversation with the red head, the brunette seemed to get more of an attitude. She stood in our way serval times and while we said «excuse us» she never said a word. We noticed honey! Cut the attitude out.

Purchased an expensive ash catcher and bowl piece… originally i was extremely satisfied with their product and service; I appreciated the discount that they gave me. Little did i know that bowl piece was faulty, broke in the ash catcher without any real rough tug or touching. went there to ask for a replacement thinking that it would be pretty easy to replace due to the circumstances of me not even having the product for a 24 hours, not to mention it was an expensive bowl that i expected to last forever; yet in the end I ended up purchasing another bowl after having to convince him otherwise… really disappointing. you would think a business would be better with understanding products can sometimes be faulty. all in all they lost a loyal customer. i suggest trying a different shop, who would of thought that stoner could be so cheap and greedy… DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Nice unique items, original glass, very curteous, helpful and knowlegeable krew. I like the fact that they also have an authentic independent clothing label and carry larger sizes for us thick mama’s cuz we want to look just as cool as those toothpick chicks. This place gets that concept. The pricing on all inventory is quite outrageous but the quality is good enough to almost justify the high prices (almost). They do need some business cards so I can refer people there. Definitely a great store to visit. We need one in Santa Rosa.

By far the best smoke shop Ive ever been to. All of the pieces are incredibly beautiful and unique. 90% of the glass is blown locally by some very talented artists, so you know the quality is good too. This is not the lame glass you are going to find with street vendors and other amateur shops. Speaking of, dont go to any other shop in Chico, its a scam, no matter how cool it looks!
While not exactly cheap, they will haggle with you, just be friendly! They also have a great selection of hookah accessories, disc golf gear, incense and some other hippie stuff.
