Creative Nails

Made an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The young guy who did my pedicure was rough and my pedicure was painful rather than relaxing! (The massage was good, but the cuticle scraping and foot scrub was painful). My pedicure ended up looking nice, but then he made me walk barefoot to the nail station because he wouldn’t let me put on my flip flops. It was absolutely disgusting walking on the tile floor with my freshly lotioned feet. My manicure turned out messy, he didn’t seem too experienced with the gel because it was clumpy and running onto my skin. He didn’t even bother to scrape the excess gel off my skin and I didn’t want to ask in fear that it would be painful. Overall not a very good experience, I gave 2 stars because it was pretty cheap at $ 42.00.

Hands down this is the best place to get your nails done in chico. It’s a family run business, and they are all very nice, talented and HILARIOUS. I come here all the time to get my nails done and they are always done with quality and care. My nails are always beautifully done, and the family staff and regular customers will ALWAYS keep you entertained!
* For those who say otherwise, I hope that you’ve been here more than once before you pass judgement.

Very impressed and satisfied with my pedicure. I came in for just a pedicure and ended up asking them to take of my finger nails too. My feet are gross and my heels are cracked. The gal working was very nice and put a lot of time and effort to smooth my heels. She also gave me a very relaxing massage. The salon is clean and for a walk-​in I didn’t wait more than 10 min. I will be coming back monthly to get help with my feet :-)

Worst nail job of my life the lady quickly rushed everything and I made an appointment and everything and messed up way too many times and my nails looked like they just were dipped in paint, but you get what you pay for:/

My go to nail place! Great prices, funny atmosphere, and are very flexible with coming in for appointments/​walk ins. I am never disappointed with my nails they always look great!

I have been a customer for several years even when I moved away I would always come back to get my nails and toes done here! I love the owners and their customer service is «the best in town». I would never go anywhere else! Thanks so much Creative Nails you are awesome!

I came here on a recommendation. I am horrible at explaining what I want so I brought a picture. Didn’t matter. My nails looked absolutely nothing like the picture. It was explained that they would not look the same because I had different types of nails, which was fine, but they were completely different. I got a standard pink and white set. There were bubbles in the acrylic and the white was wider than my nail. On top of that, I made an appointment for 9 am, which is when they open, and when I got there, there was no one to do my nails. I wasn’t in a rush, so I didn’t mind, but it was just not very professional.
The guy who did my nails was really nice and very apologetic about being late, so I guess that’s good.
