I own a four plex in Chico. One of my tenants left roaches behind. I called Team Gibbs because of the great reviews he gets. He (Jason) got over there right away and sprayed. He will do a second treatment in 2 weeks. He went over & beyond my expectations. Very friendly and willing to help!

Reasons I don’t like OTHER pest companies:
–Pressured into contracts for pests that only bother me during part of the year
–They spray a bunch of poison where you live
–Most pest guys are kinda creepy
–Whenever I need to get in touch, my call goes to voicemail
Fortunately Team Gibbs is none of these things.
You’re not stuck in a contract once the bug army retreats. He uses organic (and effective) sprays around my home, and he’s pleasant to talk to. And he picks up his phone.
In short, I recommend Jason Gibbs and not the other guys. I’ve tried quite a few (I’m picky).

Awesome service. Jason listens to your needs and meets them (or exceeds them). He’s able to offer non-​toxic pest control products and recommends exclusionary methods too. Totally affordable, friendly, on-​time and flexible. If I could give them six stars, I would.

Team Gibbs gets 5 stars for their professionalism, knowledge, response time and price. Jason is very good at getting in there and taking care of whatever your pest needs are. He came 1 time and took care of my ant problem and it was bad they had taken over my house. Haven’t seen an ant since he was here. Thank you Jason and Dayna for a job well doneHe will also come on call. Will always use them and recommend them to anyone looking for pest control.
