I wish I had never made the switch. Worst service I have ever received. Still waiting for Verizon to pay off my previous carrier 40 plus days. I keep getting the run around. One star is not even deserving. Two years I can’t wait for you to come.

This store is awesome! I really don’t understand the negative reviews on this place. I went there to get my new iPhone 6s set up and they made the process super fast and easy. At the same time, my boyfriend also got a new iPhone through Sprint and had such a horrible experience with multiple Sprint stores in Chico/Yuba City and Sprint corporate, so we went to this store to switch his service over to Verizon. The employees here are so nice and knowledgeable and made the experience of getting a new phone fun and enjoyable! I will definitely be coming back to this Verizon store!

These employees were so rude. I would recommend that if you have a Verizon issue you go to any other Verizon in town. The manger is the worst. I went in with a couple of questions regarding my bill and all he does is be short and condescending and on top of all that he loves to give dirty looks. I’ve never felt so disrespected at a business before. I hope corporate moves him out of Chico!

Well… Apparently the last review I wrote violated the TOS’s for Unilocal.I’d venture to say that since 4G Wireless is a Unilocal advertiser, it got taken down. I digress… it’s now been over a month since this ordeal started. no word from the store manager, no word from the district manager, one lame ass email response from their corporate office but still no resolution. Here’s the quick and simple. I went in Jan 10th to change my plan around and save myself about $ 90 a month. The person who *ahem* helped me didn’t do shit and didn’t even log into my account. Thus Verizon customer care says they can’t even tell if I was there. The district manager was supposed to «review the tape». I think I have a better chance of seeing Jennifer Anniston and Angelina Jolie nekked before the«Tape gets reviewed». Again, I digress… a month later, no credits for their fuckup, and no one even has the decency for a return phone call or email. If you want to get jipped, taken for a ride, swindled, or otherwise bent over with a 40 grit condom without the decency to have it spit on before being shoved in, then come here. Otherwise, go to another location *cough south chico cough*

I am so dissatisfied with all of my ‘very expensive’ and ‘very poor’ quality electronic devices from here. My iPhone has very poor cell reception inside my own house! Rain or shine, I literally have to run outside ever time there’s a call or the calls get dropped. Also, my brand new 2015 tablet from Verizon sucks! My touch screen tabs itself which makes usage useless!!! What a waste of money, time and stress! I sent it off for repair but got it back with a letter stating Verizon found nothing wrong with my items. Liars! Two year contract that I am stuck with! Don’t ever go here. I’ve had better luck with metroPCS in the past!

Well… Here’s some context… This is not VERIZON, it’s a 3rd party company that is authorized to sell Verzion products/contracts. I didn’t really figure this out until the transaction was basically over otherwise I probably would have walked. The gentleman that helped us was nice but not proficient at what he was doing and failed at multitasking… My GF and I walk in yesterday, order an Iphone 5 for her, the gentleman tells us two days… She’s leaving on a road trip so two days was perfect. The next day, we get the shipping tracking info and its three days before the store will have the phone; a day too late for her to have the phone for her trip. The guy that helped us brags on his facebook that he has iPhone 5s in stock and wanted to sell contracts with them. I call him, give him the squeeze of ‘really… You have the phone she wants in stock and you’re going to make us wait’… I didn’t say it but a phone call stating that he had a phone for us a day earlier than quoted would have made me a customer for life, him not calling us after I explained the time constraint makes him a bone head. We were there for 2 maybe 2 ½ hours… In that time, he juggled between failing to setup my GFs phone, calling some customer back that wanted to order a bunch of phones and other customers. Honestly, at this point, I should have walked. Eventually we walk out with her new phone not ported with her new number(so a shiny piece of useless iphone). I get a call from Verzion… What this guy failed to do in two hours took me 2 ½ minutes… Bam her phone works! LONGSTORYSHORT… Go to the actual version store in the mall. edit 12÷16… Got my first bill since visiting this store… $ 234 instead of the 160 quoted. I will come back and post my experience whether they take responsibility or try to pass the blame.
