Good food and quick. So much better than traditional fast food and about the same cost. Seems to be a high turnover in staff(like most such places) so service can be inconsistent, but otherwise a great stop when on the run.

I am kind of addicted to the chicken bowls. I wish there was more seating and something to absorb sound(it’s crazy loud in there) but the line moves quick and the food is both affordable and tasty.

Fantastic large portions, but rather bland. I get better and deeper flavors in DC. Their marinades don’t do much for me. It lacked a lot of seasoning in my opinion, but that doesn’t stop loads of people from lining up for lunch. Service was very good. Friendly and quick.

Skip this place. It’s the McDonald’s of Mexican good. Dry tasteless food no flavor no spice. Nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere anywhere else

Chipotle is always good, although they didn’t seem to have any jalapenos for my burrito. Probably the only reason for no fifth star. The crew was very fast and friendly, the place was pretty busy.

I had a bad experience at the Chipotle in Enfield that turned me off from Chipotle in general. But the folks at my job were ordering from Chipotle in Chicopee today, and since I recently started eating low-carb due to health considerations I decided I’d give Chipotle, and their salad/bowl creations, another shot. I ordered a salad bowl with barbacoa, black beans, cheese, fajita veggies, guacamole, and sour cream, and was blown away! Due to my change in diet it’s been MONTHS since I had a traditional burrito. And like I said, the last Chipotle burrito I had was terrible! But this bowl was right on. The barbacoa was flavorful and tender, unlike the last time when it was sorta metallic tasting and overwhelmingly citrus flavored. Oh, and there was a TON of it! The veggies were a little wilted from being under the warm meat, but still tasted awesome. And sure, the whole thing was a little carby, thanks to the black beans. But those beans are also full of fiber which cut the carbs back down to a fairly reasonable amount. Topped with cheese, sour cream, and guac it was just as tasty as I’d expect a burrito to be, but with no wheat/grain based products in sight! Thank you Chicopee Chipotle for restoring Chipotle’s reputation, and feeding me a quality burrito without the burrito.

When I first started coming here the experience was very good. The last 2 times were not. The service is much slower and yesterday I went and there was a girl getting the brown rice ready to put in the line and I saw her sticking her fingers in the rice to pull out what looked like bay leaves with no gloves. Disgusting.

Boo to Chipolte, ugh, Just ate a burrito someone gave me, it was allegedly a «chicken» burrito but let’s pick it apart, shall we? It was about 75% white rice, 5% black beans, 5% chicken(at least I assume that’s what those chewy brown things were) and 15% white flour tortilla. I don’t think there was cheese and if there was I missed it. So overall it tasted like a white rice bomb with a couple of pieces of something that got stuck in my teeth(chicken? rat tail? dried leaf?) and people pay how much for this crap? For the same price($ 7 or $ 8? I’m guessing) I could buy enough ingredients for 6 really good, really tasty burritos, with actual tasty meat and flavorfulcheese, some homemade beans and hot sauce… I am grateful for free food, but next time I will say no. It’s just so tasteless and unsatisfying, I do not get why people settle for this stuff that they think is good food? And why on earth would you pay tons more than what it would cost you to make at home? People are so gullible. You are being ripped off and you surely are not getting good nutrition with 2 cups of white rice in your burrito. NO! NEVERAGAIN!

Above average in all categories: quality, customer service, speed, table set up, and my favorite… guacamole! I drive here over the Hadley location because they consistently have greener, fresher guacamole. I only order the veggie bowl(just veggies– no sofritas) so the guac makes a world of difference to me. Happy to go out of my way to ensure a positive experience.

Love this place! This has to be one of my favorite lunch spots! Food is nice and fresh, in the summer you can sit outside. Sometimes the line looks long but it always moves fast.

Always a short wait, HUGE quantities(I get a burrito bowl), and the freshest ingredients to be found anywhere. I have never noticed any problems with cleanliness. The food is BANGIN. Not pricey at all when you compare the quantity and quality of the food to other«eat in» restaurants. Great job, kids!!!

A little expensive but it is so worth it. Ingredients are always fresh and I can never finish whatever I order. The burrito I usually get is huge and fills me up for the rest of the day. The steak is amazing– a little spicey but totally awesome. They are also usually very quick and friendly when I go

When it first opened in Chicopee, the brown rice was often undercooked. This is no longer a problem. I like that the food is fresh and quickly made. I get either a bowl or corn tacos. If I get the bowl, it’s big enough for two meals. It’s great that you can select what you want in your bowl since I avoid dairy. The staff has always been efficient and friendly when I’ve placing orders.

I always go to this chipotle because it’s closest to me, but they are often out of of stuff. One night I went they didn’t have chips, some nights the soda fountain isn’t working or several drinks are missing, which they may notice or might not. Occasionally they will be out of lemons or randomly have limes instead. They are often struggling to keep up with the demand for rice, vegetables, and other meat, something I have not seen at any other chipotle location. The other day I bit into my delicious burrito and the steak had fat and gristle all over it. I spit it out in surprise! I am not used to chipotle being anything less than amazing and delicious! I love this place and will probably continue going here, but they need to step it up a bit.

Love Chipotle great food fast and fresh. The staff is always pleasant and efficient sometimes the shredded beef(Barbocoa) is fatty which leads to a poor experience otherwise delicious.

I always pick up food from this location for all my coworkers. Most of the time, they don’t start the order until we get there even though we ask to have it ready for 12noon and get there at exactly 12noon. Otherwise, Standard chipotle! Love it.

They are getting better. If came here when they first open and the rice was hard, now the food is fine and the service was ok too.

I’ve only eaten at two Chiptlés in my life, and at this location only once, but it was maybe the best food I’ve eaten in two weeks full of restaurant trips with a visiting friend. I got a burrito bowl(on my sister’s advice) with barbacoa, guac and sour cream. From the first bite it was amazing, and every bite was like the first. I rarely have food sing its flavors out at me like that. It couldn’t have been more perfect. I’ll be back, and often.

It’s a standard Chipolte. Good food, fast service, but a little expensive for what it is. This particular location has a fair amount of seating including a bar with stools around the window and some high top tables in the middle of the restaurant. There appears to be enough parking for the crowds. The location right off Exit 5 of the MassPike is great but if you’re headed northbound on Route 33/Memorial Drive you’ll need to make a U turn near the Stop & Shop/BJs/Starbucks area and then head back southbound. I do think Chipolte is an asset to the area far as fast food goes but there are better burritos to be found elsewhere in the Valley(Bueno Y Sano in Amherst, Noho, and Springfield is my favorite).
