I decide to drive across northern part of Missouri on route 36. I stop for night at Chillicothe and decided to eat at Legends. Its in the Days Inn next to Casey truck stop. It was a Thursday night with 25% off all burgers. Jody recommend the special of roast beef over mash potatoes and gravy. You can taste the spices that cook put into it. Jody told me that spices are a big part of the cooking. I agree salt and pepper taste better with it cooked into the food than adding it after its cooked. Also Jody kept my drink filled up.

I just ate lunch, the hamburgers are very large and the onion ring serving was huge and it was all very good. The crowd wad light and the service was good. I will eat there again.
