Howard Kuo is the best realtor agent I’ve ever met with. He is a very very professional agent with super nice personality. He helped us find our first house in Chino Hills and handled all paperwork of buying house perfectly. Searching a house you want would usually take you a few months. Howard kept his great patience every single time we want a schedule, or change minds, or any questions about house, etc. He will tell his customers a lot of tips how to find a perfect house and he would remind you any cons or pros of a house. Another thing I like him is, he never push customers to take offer for house. Instead of this, he always remind you to calm down and make a thoughtful decision. I strongly recommend Howard Kuo to be your perfect realtor agent if you are looking for house in LA and OC with no experience with buying house.

Howard was a great real estate agent, and remains a very good friend. He helped my wife and I find a great home in an awesome neighborhood. Howard is very straightforward. He doesn’t sugarcoat anything, and you get the truth from him regarding both the good and bad about the properties he shows. He never pushed us to buy. In fact, he emphasized that we take our time and look at more properties so that we could better understand what we wanted for our first home. We never felt pressure from him, and he was always very timely in responding to any inquiries we had. Once we made an offer Howard was very active in doing all he could to give us the best chance to get the home. He took care of everything, and let us know exactly what we needed to do.
