The first time I called about alterations, the owner or whoever answered was extremely rude and seemed almost annoyed that I called.
I asked if they had a rush option (I needed something for a wedding) and she acted insulted. I offered to pay 5 times the asking price because it was an emergency. Needless to say, she said it wouldn’t be fair to other customers and she about hung up on me.
Two weeks ago my wife brought in three pairs of pants that I wanted tapered in the leg. We brought in a pair as a template and my wife was explicit in what we were looking for. My wife said she was very rude when she dropped off the pants and didn’t seem like she was listening to the request.
We picked up the pants today and when I tried them on it was very clear she did a half baked job. The stitching was pitiful and the taper was NOT what matched the template. Nor the hem.
My wife also said the owner didn’t give her the time of day when she went in to pick the up.
This is a business who obviously isn’t interested in customer service. Don’t use her services if you can avoid it.
