Always On Time Shuttle

25 minutes late after she blamed me for calling last minute, which was 2 hours. Said nothing about that on the flyer I got about when to call or how much time they needed. Called to get the $ 9.00 shared rate but she decided not to pick up anyone else then charged $ 35 at the airport that we were late to. «Always late and cheat you everytime shuttle». Fuck these guys.

I recently had this shuttle service drive me from my house in Chino Hills to Ontario airport. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received. My mom and I were picked up in a van, but it was totally private. No other passengers and no other stops. The driver was very friendly and she helped us with our luggage. The cost was also great. It was $ 38 for the trip, but we included 20% gratuity as well. If you compare that to the big companies (Prime Time Shuttle and Super Shuttle), they charge a similar amount but it is not a private ride. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because she was 5 minutes late. Seems inappropriate for a shuttle service called «Always on Time.» But everything else was great!
