Carroll Property Mgmt has been nothing but professional and kind to my husband and me. We are renting a property from them. I did think them obtaining all of our information (driver’s license, pay stubs, employment info) prior to us viewing a property was a bit unusual but it is not at all illegal. This was done to ensure we were financially fit to rent the property we wanted to view. They dont want to show people properties they can’t afford, and from a business standpoint that makes sense. My correspondence with the company (through phone, text or email) has always been timely.

This company is as good as it gets for being a business you run from. Scroll down to the bottom and read the not recommended reviews that state the truth about this business. Unilocal seems to hide this part of the truth from renters, property owners and more. Just wondering what they are doing with all of this personal and private information they are asking for. Just gotta love that its all about the money when they place a known sex offender right by any school. Gotta love the NRA sticker in the background. I surprised they don’t have a sign stating sex offenders welcome.

The worst property management realtor… Charged my husband and I $ 30 each to run our credit. Then denied us, then when we asked for the report she said she couldn’t give it to us bc there might be more then one of me and one of my husband names out there!!! Isn’t that why you give them your ss!!! Ugh!!! IT MADE ME
MARK A STAR BUT I DIDN’T WANT TOO!!!

We were shopping around for a new house to rent we fell upon a very nice home in which we had to call the shady business. We were told by Eric that if we had a license all we need to do is fill out a simple application form and the next thing you know my wife is sending bank statements, tax forms and other too personal info for just viewing property. When I asked why were we being basically overhauled for all our personal information just have you a rental property I was treated very rudely in regards to my lack of knowledge of rental property experiences. I asked for information back I said I would be on my way down to pick up our personal paperwork when I arrive before I identified myself Eric said Oh you must be Mark Clemons here’s your paperwork I simply asked is this the original he said no we must keep copies I said but you didn’t even ask me for my ID before you handed over my information to see if it was even me you assume and that’s exactly why I want back my personal information. Long story short had to wait for the police to explain to me that they are not going to give me back my personal information it is a civil matter so they’ll be selling my information to the highest bidder.

So far, everything with this company has been smooth. They have been very polite and helpful with getting me into the place I wanted. I saw one reviewer mention that they are prejudice, but I look Mexican, I’m tattooed, pierced and a single mom. Never once have they treated me with anything less than respect. I am very happy with their service.
