Will never go to this location again. My friends and family shop the Brea location and I will be going there from now on… the blonde girl at this location didn’t honor what her employees told me about a refund. I saved my receipt and went out of my way to go there to get my discount and she didn’t even care that I came to do so and treated me like I was a liar. Never again!

Hands down the best carter’s store I have visited to date! I have gone to several others and no one beats the customer service at this location. All the staff is extra friendly and very helpful. I have called several times and asked if they had several items in stock and they always seem to know right off the bat what I’m talking about and willing to put it aside for me. The store is always clean and the staff is always helping someone. Shop here, you won’t be disappointed

My AMX had an offer for a $ 5 credit if I spend $ 20 at Carter’s and I needed to get baby shower gifts for several coworkers. The clothes here are typically more expensive than the Carter’s sold at Macy’s, Target or Costco but they have REALLY good deals.
I bought some basic layette that were on clearance for an additional 30% off and I found swim attire for my boys, also 30%. They also have a rewards program because to top it off, I got an additional $ 10 to spend the next day without buying anything !!!
The store has a lego table, puzzles built into the counter, and hop scotch painted on the ground for young children busy while parents shop: p

I came in to this carters at about 11 today, not sure the name of who helped me, I think Erin, (long blondish hair) and I received nothing but attitude the second I said I needed to exchange something. I felt bullied and as though I owed her something because I wanted to do an exchange on an item that I purchased a few days prior. She said «we typically don’t exchange something that’s been worn because I can’t resell it». My daughter tried it on (was too loose) had it on for all but 10 minutes before I took it off to return it to the hanger. Give me a break! I purchase my kids’ clothes at carters 85% of the time and be treated so poorly for a simple exchange is not okay. She owed me $ 2 back because the new bathing suit was less expensive but she bypassed it and closed the transaction, keeping my money– or store credit if that’s what was the policy, and sent me off with a sarcastic «have a nice day» as a parting comment. I was made to feel like I should take this behavior as penitence. Since when did customers become punished for shopping here and, God forbid, needing to exchange something? I understand, having worked retail for years @ Nordies people are dishonest and try to get what ISNT theirs, but to be this way because a customer brought something back that was legitimate? Not okay. I’ll be bringing the bathing suit and original receipt and getting my FULL money back instead.

Went in again today to get a Christmas Sweater for my babies first Christmas and was treated completely different by the manager herself then I was a few weeks ago. She asked me if I was the one who left that review which I was honest and told her my personal experience. She apologized on the half of her staff and I was told the associate who treated me last time would be talked to. Im glad the manager takes customer service so serious. The experience this time makes me want to go back again and again. Thank you for a much better experience and time :)

I appreciate when stores take their customers feedback serious, and use the feedback to improve. After my review someone from Carters reached out to me about my bad experiences. In addition, my subsequent visit to the store was so much better. Specifically the associate that I took issue with previously demonstrated great customer treatment. Officially My favorite Carter’s store! The staff is great and very helpful. They don’t follow you around while you shop.
They always always always have a sale going on. Today 1÷26÷14 everything was 40% off and I had a coupon online for a additional 20% off.
My daughter loved the Lego table her and my boyfriend played while I shopped.
Make sure to sign up for the electronic coupons or paper mail coupons. It really helps since Carter’s has some items that are a little pricey.

As a mommy of two, Carter’s is the place to go for great deals plus their coupons with generous offers. The only thing I don’t like about this location is there are tons of clothes racks that make the store look small and difficult to maneuver around.

I really enjoy shopping at Carter’s for my little boy. This location is close to home which makes it all the better.
The workers for the most part are friendly and helpful, but I kind of feel Iike a few of the workers have a bit of an attitude.
I hardly shop here without my coupons because I wouldn’t pay full price for anything. It’s not worth the full price.
Plenty of parking space in the large lot.
Doesn’t get too busy.
Too bad they recently changed their special. Now it’s «Spend $ 50, get $ 10 off.» I actually prefer the «Get 5 stamps and get $ 10 off (on Tuesdays you get double stamps!).

Love shopping at carter’s outlet! Even better when you have a 20% off $ 40 coupon on sale items. Love the clothing and quality. My kids are Carter’s kids all the way!

the whole store is 40% off so they make you think it’s a good deal but they jack up their prices. the clearance might be the only deal. my last visit in there was my last. the girls are rude and have poor customer skills. make sure when you purchase or return you get your original receipt. otherwisie they will keep it and then you cant do a return. even if it’s a small amount of money…
you can go to nordstrom rack next door and get way better deals on kids clothes.

Don’t have kids but I love coming here to buy for other people’s kids. It always seems like there is a sale going on (I’m sure that’s some kind of marketing ploy aimed at women) but I never feel ripped off like at some other stores.
The clothes are really cute and stereotypically separated into blue and pink sections… from preemies and newborns to a size that kids are far too old to be getting clothes from here… maybe ¹⁴⁄₁₆? Not too sure on that… but they have some big-​un clothings in here.
Anyway, they have an email or points system that you can rack up some pretty decent discounts if you shop here enough.
Clerks/​storepeople are quite helpful and the store is very often incredibly organized considering the sheer amount of clothing in there and bad kids running around making messes.

I love carter’s since they make wonderful clothes that are made well and last wash after wash. Lot of my daughter’s clothes come from here and you can find tons of stuff for cheap. They always seem to have sales and I once got like 4 tops for $ 3 each… score! Toddlers make messes and carter’s clothes hold up… so you can hold onto them in case you decide to have more children and they will still look nice. The girls who work here are always friendly and nice as well!
