Eyelash Masters

HORRIBLE!!! So I got a referral from a friend and though I would try it out here. I called the owner about 5 days in advance and she said I could come Monday at 10. I came in and nobody was even there to greet me and I yelled out hello about 3 times before somebody answered yes. I said I had a 10 apt and somebody was also waiting so she said her sister would be there soon to take care of me. She started on the other client. After about 30 min waiting I asked her how long it would take to do my lashes so she then called her sister on the phone and from what I could here her sister forgot about coming in. So she got off the phone and said she could be there in about 10 min. That would be 40 min after my agreed apt time. I just couldn’t wait any longer. So I said why was it that I got a confirmation text when I made apt by the owner and she even told me u could look me up on Facebook and insta. So She basically kept working and said that she didn’t know and maybe it was a mistake. Never once looked at me and said sorry or anything at all. This by far has been the worst customer service I’ve had !!! And I’m not kidding rude and ghetto.

Ok, so I gave it another shot. Again better reviews and convenient location for me, plus they are appropriately priced. I had Maria do my lashes this time and I was really happy with the results. I had my eyelashes done a few days before my vacation and they lasted me the full week of my vacation, even with all the water activities and humidity. When I returned I still kept them for another two weeks. Once I have missing pieces I just remove them all. But my natural lashes were completely unharmed.

I have been using Maria, Anna, Jessica and Gabi for more then 8 months straight! I love my lashes and my natural lashes are still intact! No damage. I have made this place my weekly stop.

They take too long (about 2hours) to do a refill… there is just too much socialization going on at this place. Not all customers have time or want to listen to all the drama… I just want to go in and have my lashes done quick. Had to find a new place and I did… Elegant Garden Nails and Spa on Euclid Ave in Ontario, which will not turn you away. I love my new place. I’m very happy I took my business somewhere else!!!

I made an appt at 5:00. I got there at 4:45. No one was there at the shop and there was a sign on the door… and I will quote it– «Out 4 lanch be back 1 hr» (no, that’s not a typo. They spelt lanch.” I called at 4:55 to see where they were. The lady said the girl should be back any minute and she will call me back in 5 minutes to make sure I was in the shop. Well, I waited and waited until 5:20 and no one came AND no one called me! I decided to leave and they lost a $ 75 service for eyelashes. At 5: 25 (25 minutes after my appt) the lady called me and asked me where I was. I told her I waited for 35 minutes and left. I couldn’t believe how rude they were!
Completely rude!!! Do NOT go here! HORRIBLE service!!!

The most unprofessional people I have ever encounter ed. Will never waste my money on these idiots again
