Such a cute and clean place! Found this place on Unilocal!I came in to get strawberry and cream croissants for my boyfriend’s parents and Karla was so nice and helpful! She made me such a yummy peach green tea drink and went out of her way to hand me my drink when she could’ve easily left it on the counter for me while I was looking at other pastries! Definitely coming back!

Tried the strawberry croissants and the little hoikkados. Amazingly delicious. The croissants had perfect proportions of croissant to custard to strawberry with just the right level of pastry crunchiness/flakiness. The hoikkados were light, moist and full of flavor. Loved both. Can’t wait to go back to try more things. Great pricing, too!

Deceiving from the outside. In a old/dated shopping center but inside is lovely. Upscale looking café with an open and welcoming layout. The pastries are delicious as well as beautiful. Some look too pretty to eat! Tried the apple, peach and almond croissant. All great! Staff is friendly. Seating is offers inside and they offer a variety of cakes and fruit tarts as well. I will def be coming back again:)

I’m literally writing this as I finished eating. I’m in the small plaza it’s located in waiting for my ride, and I look around to find a place to grab a small bite to eat. I see the nam e and Unilocal it and lo and behold, high ratings, score! I walk in and am greeted with a warm hello. I ask what they’d recommend and the older man suggests the strawberry croissants right away, along with their danishes. I ask for a strawberry croissant and he let’s me know they come in 3 packs only, but I don’t mind they look delicious! I also grab a ham & egg sandwich, and a milk tea(never tried but the reviews say it’s good). Total came out to $ 11.93, not too bad. The sandwich was very light, slightly sweet even? But it was good, though not as filling as I’d hoped. The milk tea was definitely different(not something I’d try again, but I’m picky) but not bad, either. Finally, the strawberry croissant was delicious! Definitely see what the hype is about. Coming here again for sure :) Oh and they do have a $ 5 min purchase with card, and no bills over $ 20 accepted.

Delicious pastries! Went there while my fiancée and I were waiting for her phone to get fixed next door. The iPhone place suggested we stop by while the phone was getting fixed. Glad we did! Their most popular item is this strawberry pastry in a croissant or something. Very good!

Addicted. I am literally addicted to this place. I’ve been to this bakery 3 times in the last 5 days, and I’m already planning my next visit! What can be so good about this place, you may ask? Two words… strawberry croissants. Based on previous reviews about these croissants, I knew I had to give them a try. I was not disappointed! Thank you Unilocalers! I have found my go to sweet fix! These croissants are light and crisp filled with a sweet cream and slices of strawberries. Pure deliciousness! A pack of 3 is about $ 4, but why would anyone stop at just one pack! My other new addiction is the hoikkado. It’s kind of like a chiffon cupcake filled with fluffy whipped cream with a strawberry on top. This is my boyfriend’s absolute favorite. Just the right amount of sweetness. I’ve only tried a couple of other breads and pastries from here but nothing that stood out as much as the croissants and hoikkado. These are the sole reason why I come here. Parking has been a breeze each time as it’s located in a strip mall with mostly administrative type offices. If you feel like you pulled into the wrong lot, you’re in the right place. As opposed to the exterior, the interior is modern and clean… definitely a place I wouldn’t mind hanging out in and doing homework, if I was in the homework doing profession. The place itself isn’t large but roomy with bar height tables and chairs. The selection isn’t big if you’re used to bakeries à la 85 degrees. They do have whole cakes, bead loaves and a unique coffee menu that I have yet to explore. The staff are super friendly, and oh, they give you samples! And I mean sa-amples! During my first visit, I was handed what seemed like nearly half of a strawberry croissant to try… and I’ve been hooked ever since!

Place is clean, a little pricy tho, food taste not bad, but look oddly old for some reason. I give it a 3 because I wanted to try their strawberry croissant, but every time I went in during afternoon they are always ran out so I have to pick up something else. Well, it does turn out good, but the rest of their other breads are just middle core. Pics I show u, r the ones I picked up in the morning with strawberry croissants, and breads looks oddly not fresh looking.(other then their strawberry croissants that looks fresh)

Went in to pick up a cake for my birthday earlier this week, the lady had told me their cake is fresh made and I chose the Chocolate Chocolate cake. we cut the cake the same night and cake was really dry. Chocolate cream and icing has hardened and taste like clog! It is clear that the cake’s been in the fridge for a while!

So happy about an asian bakery/coffee shop coming into this area! It’s in a pretty quiet/empty strip mall, so it was such a pleasant surprise to find this place. Love all the baked goods and drinks offered at this place! I’ve tried their breads, cake, dessert and drinks — and all were excellent. The staff is very friendly and there are always plenty of samples to try. Please give this place a try — I want this place to stay in business!

This place is good. Definitely a joint a would not expect in chino yet alone in the plaza it’s located in. I ordered the almond croissant which was pretty good! I think it was a little overpriced but not too overpriced. Mine was a little burned and really tough. I put it in the microwave for 15secs and it was much more manageable. I really really appreciate that they use an almond filling and not a custard because that makes allllll the difference. I bought my niece a cranberry raspberry pastry and it was okay, too. She really enjoyed it but it reminded me of bubblegum. The quality of the bread was good — moist, milky, easily opened… I also ordered one of their blended coffees which was also okay. I was able to taste the strawberry croissant but was hesitant because it looked more burnt than my almond one. To my surprise, it wasn’t. The custard cream wasn’t too sweet, which was great. Customer service was great! Super helpful and quick. Also, décor was impressive and the place was clean.

Visited this gem today for the first time and fell in love. The inside is amazing. It’s in a little shopping area. Very quiet. the sweet employee gave me a sample of the strawberry croissant and loved it. Their milk tea is also really good! I can’t wait to come back and chill here :)

This bakery has some beautiful items but the Strawberry Croissants are the SIGNATURE pastry here and they are amazing !!! The croissant is crispy and chewy, the custard in between is perfectly sweet, the strawberries slices balances the pastry, and they are fairly priced. I bought a boxful to a potluck for Easter and everyone loved them. They will be my go to item whenever I need to bring a special dessert for a party: p

I work right by this café & bakery, so I thought I would swing by and try this place out. I ordered the passion fruit iced tea, and a mango iced tea for my co-worker. It was really delicious & refreshing! The only thing– the two workers there took a few minutes to prepare it. I didn’t think something like iced tea would take a while to prepare, but it’s all good(first world problems) The place is clean and they are up to par on hygiene standards, so that’s good. They have many desserts and even sandwiches on display. I also purchased a tiramisu cup, and that was nice and creamy. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I will definitely be back for a visit!

Those Strawberry Croissants are legit! I think they’re just as good as Cream Pan. Others may disagree, but it sure as hell beats driving all the way to Irvine. They come in 3 packs, 3 for $ 4.15 i think. They are perfectly crisp and flaky, lightly sweet and creamy, and worth every calorie. Mmmm… Happy to see all these new establishments opening up in my ‘hood. Yay Chino!

Strawberry croissant is perfect. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Only reason I gave this place 3 stars is its a little pricey for what they have. House coffee which his Klatch is like $ 4 a cup. I think it should be more like $ 3 but whatevs, needless to say I picked up a coffee at mc Donald’s. Secondly, it’s annoying that they want you to leave a tip when you get pastries to go?! Not sure if I would go back. I would preferably like to have a one stop shop for my pastries and coffee on a Sunday that isn’t so pricey.

Came by for an afternoon snack the other day and it was a miss… Jia Pon is located in a strip mall of mainly doctors, dentists, and massage parlors. They were pretty empty arriving on a Saturday afternoon… Ordered a box of 3 strawberry croissants and it was a miss… definitely does not compare with Cream Pan. The croissants didn’t taste too fresh and were rather mushy… as opposed to flaky and light… The custard was heavier than Cream Pan’s too… …they do accept credit cards via Square.
