I go to this Target sporadically since it is near my mom’s house and it is almost identical to the Target by my house, which is nice. Even though I’m hating on the new layouts, it’s nice to be able to find things since they match. This is one of the better Target locations because when I have been there it has been dept neat and clean and organized. That makes it much easier ot shop!

Not the cleanest target especially for an area like Chino Hills it needs cleaning up. came here for something and the shelves were empty and though we got good help from a target team member we were informed there was none in the stock room. definitely a lost sale for target on this. oh well.

One star for customer service today! I ordered stuffs online two weeks ago and pick up in-​store. And until this morning, I just received the message from Target to come in to pick up my order. However, I wanted to return my stuffs after I received them. Instead, I bought some new stuffs and wanted to use the store credits from returning stuffs for the new ones. But the customer service associates didn’t let me do it. They told me that they needed the receipt. And when I pulled out my phone to check my email, they kept telling that they couldn’t do anything else then. What’s matter with you guys? They are doing customer service job but they are not willing to help their customers. Is that one minute for me to check my email so long for you guys? Bad service! I had to go to another Target location. I am the loyalist at Chino Hills Target store. But from now on, I never come back!

Absolutely love this target! Andrea and Kristin are always so helpful! :) had an issue with leaving a bag and they helped me find all the correct merchandise!!!

The visit was okay at first. The store isn’t quite as clean as other targets as I could tell by the LARGEST COCKROACH I’ve ever seen I my life on one of the food isles!!!
Then the cashier was extremely unfriendly rolling her eyes and then telling me rudely to swipe my card before she was even done ringing me up.
Will probably never be coming back to this target. That cockroach honestly scared me to death.

I like this Target! Aside from it being so close to my job, the customer service is great! The employees are quite kind and I’m happy to come here on my lunch breaks and relax, maybe buy and item or two (it’s impossible not to buy in Target, an I right?) I have no complaints about this location, it meets basic Target standards.

Anytime I visit this store, I have to weave my cart through the disorganized aisles of madness. Across the street is a Super Wal-​Mart, but that isn’t much better.

This Target was nice, compared to the usual busy targets I’m used to.
Clean and organized.
The cashier was very friendly and very nice. She was very pleasant to speak to. Also there was an advertisement out that was not removed. She asked the manager and were both kind enough to honor that amount for us!

I’m gonna try to keep this simple since everyone knows what they sell… everything.
Target is the very nice version of Walmart and not necessarily more expensive. The one complaint I have is that you can’t always find staff to help you look for things but that’s not something I’m gonna dock points from the review.

Decent target, clean and organized, nice and helpful staff. The lines to check out are never too long, I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes to get checked out so I’ve never had problems.
I’ve returned stuff here a few times and the line has never been bad. Other targets I’ve been to have long waits for returns and customer service. So I’m happy with my experiences so far.
Parking is pretty open, if you’re not tryin to park super close

I would just like to say that this was one of the most pleasant targets I’ve been too. Cashiers are super friendly and not rude like Walmart. The management is also extremely nice. A young gentleman by the name of Kevin was super helpful. And another manager by the name of Kristin was also super friendly. (She had fabulous purple hair) She went above and beyond for my husband and I. Since I don’t have a smart phone I wasn’t able to order from
so not only did she call for me but practically did the whole online order for me from the customer service desk. Thank you guys so much for being so amazing and helpful.
