Mike holds you accountable for progress and attendance. He is extremely on it when making sure that everyone is in the correct stance and holds the correct posture. He is also motivational and funny. Great bootcamp to go to and pricing is reasonable for the amazing hour 3xs a week.

I have been attending TRF since July of this year. In this time, I have successfully lost almost 30 pounds. I credit this to my hard work and to the positive encouragement of Mike. Mike is a down to earth kind of guy. He has a passion for his career and it shows. He is in it for the right reasons… to help people get healthy. What makes TRF so great is the flexibility of the training schedule and the extra curricular activities outside of the training center. As a team, we have done hikes, fitness challenges, and tail gates etc. That’s fun! It breaks the routine and keeps people motivated. I am truly enjoying being a member of TRF. The only reason why I rate TRF as 4 stars is because, there’s always room for improvements, there’s no such thing as perfection! Mike, here are a few suggestions: 1. Incorporate the use of the fitness equipment/machines you have in the studio into the work out routines. 2. Have weights/or assisting devices that will aid females with small hands grip the free weights(LOL… yes… me!!) 3. Variety is great! having different workout routines on a weekly basis would be nice. I enjoy the routines, but it would be nice to get excited about a new routine every Monday. OR, have«guest» trainers. That’s it! I hope TRF continues to serve the community and encourages others to join and make positive life changing habits.

To specify, I am writing this review about the Women’s Bootcamp. I first started coming here after I got a deal on Groupon. It is 1 hour class, and you go 3 times a week. The benefit is that the classes are offered early morning or in the evening so it is meant to accommodate whatever your schedule might be. We do high intensity total body interval training and some circuit training as well. There is no fancy equipment involved, which I like. Mike(the trainer) starts with a cardio interval and then we get into the actual workout. I’m not going to lie, the workouts are challenging, especially e because I was so out of shape when I first started. You will definitely feel sore the next day! But I like that the exercises target the areas that are important to us ladies. Be prepared to do lots of squats! It is fun because Mike mixes it up, no workouts are ever exactly the same. He bases it off our progress. It gets easier if you are consistent(go 3 days and do additional cardio on your own). I like bootcamp because it gives me something to be accountable for. In the past, I used to go to the gym but I never got the results I have gotten from bootcamp. I notice the difference in my body; I feel stronger and look more toned. The trainers and staff are very nice and encouraging and you develop friendships with the other women. I highly recommend the bootcamp. One thing that I must mentioned is that exercise is only part of the battle. This is meant to supplement your weight loss goals, you still have to exercise on your own and eat healthy or you will not reach your weight loss goals.

I got a deal on groupon to try the right fit, and I was really looking for a place where I could get group training for a reasonable price. This place was great and and I really like the workouts that Mike makes us do even when I don’t feel like working out. This place has convenient hours and was really close to where I live, so I’m so glad I found the Right Fit.

Would look elsewhere… Not organized paid for personal training, my ex trainer no names mention, would cancel hours before training for 30 minutes before,. Made it half way into second month and decides he wants a career Change and doesn’t want to train anymore, so get half refunded… Would have looked else where for training his he was half hearted into it !! Left my friend and I completely hanging

What’s great about the Camp is the amount of classes offered Monday through Saturday. For those of us who work early, having a 5:30 am class is awesome! Early enough to start your day with a workout, shower, and hit the road before rush hour. Classes are also offered as late as 7 pm, which is nice too, if you prefer working out at the end of the day. The schedule is similar to this, for example: Monday — full body, Tuesday — lower body, Wednesday — upper body, etc. No two workouts are ever the same. I love this factor! No boredom. The workouts are based on circuit training/cardio and incorporate some cross fit as well. The circuits are totally do-able; whatever physical level you’re at and are challenging as well. The harder you work, the better the payoff. Each session lasts approximately an hour. The instructors are friendly and motivated. They treat you like family and really care about your health and goals. During the session, the instructor will make rounds at each station to either encourage you or «correct» your form. It’s definitely not a «boot camp»(screaming) type of atmosphere, but most people probably wouldn’t like being screamed at anyway. All in all,(cheesy as it sounds), if you’re dedicated and motivated, the Camp works!

I have been training with Ricky for the last few months. I feel a hundred times better and stronger! I’ve lost about 20 pounds, inches from my gut and my muscles are growing:) Not only has Ricky been great but the atmosphere here is awesome. It’s not like the other crowded gyms. If you want to start working out with a personal trainer then go to The Right Fit.

I signed up with the MMA classes 3 days a week. The workouts are great and it’s a fun change of pace from going to a gym and not knowing how to work out properly. The hour long workouts focus on core and ab strength with MMA influence like kickboxing, ground and pound, and boxing. The classes are not too crowded, the staff is friendly and always willing to motivate and focus one hundred percent on your goals.

This place is great. Ive been training with mike for the past few months and It’s crazy how much of a difference I see in myself. yeah I can go to a crowded 24hr fitness or fitness 19, but sometimes in big gyms like that I don’t know where to the right fit, I get guidance on how to do my workouts correctly and I get a ton on doesn’t hurt that mikes pretty funny too. i highly recommend this place to all my friends.

It has been exactly one month since I joined The Right Fit and I have no regrets! I am steadily losing weight, not only from my Boot Camp workouts but also from what I learned during my nutrition consult. I have a fun, yet challenging time every work out. I would HIGHLY recommend mike as a personal trainer. Hes so professional and gets results. Ive done sessions at 24 hour and LA with little results and the trainers definitely didnt put in the one on one time like Mike has. Every session is fun, different and best of all challenging.
