We stayed there Dec 31, 2015& Jan 1, 2016. The management was really great. I called to reserve a spot for Those two nights. When we arrived there the spot was clean and ready for us. They went out of their way to make sure that our stay would be a Pleasant one. It’s an older park but very well taken care of. We were in our travel trailer for the very first time. They let us know if we needed any help they were there. We had my therapy dog with us. They are pet friendly. We have sense been in two other parks and I must say management there was the best of all. Really made us feel welcome. Thank you.

Loved this little, but well-maintained park. The only drawback is the trains at all hours and the so so wi-fi but the quaintness almost makes up for it. Great on-site manager, very welcoming and hospitable. Great for an overnight stop or an extended stay.

My wife and I have spent time in this RV Park for the last three years in our motor home. We stay for two to four weeks twice each year. We have liked this Park from the very first visit. While it is a basic RV Park, there have been constant improvements and upgrades over the three years. The Park now has a new very friendly owner and friendly new managers. The improvements and upgrades are continue at an accelerated pace. The only downside for some people would be the trains but they don’t bother us. We will continue to stay here each time we visit Chowchilla.

There isn’t extras here just good basic services with very friendly folk. Good for overnight or longer.

Friendly and easy to find RV Park just west of Hwy. 99 behind McDonald’s in Chowchilla. Full, 30&50-amp hookups for $ 36 a night(with AARP, AAA, Good Sam’s or KOA), WiFi, clean bathrooms and dog run. There is a railroad running near the place but trains are infrequent and not too bad for a night or two. I would use this park again as I travel through to my home in AZ!
