Walked in to auto zone and the customer representative, Edwin H., was extremely rude — we didn’t even ask him a question but yet that was our greeting from an AutoZone representative. Another customer walked in right after me and requested assistance from Edwin and Edwin once again was rude to the customer. If this place is suppose to be 100% customer satisfaction we are not satisfied at all with Edwin’s assistance. Edwin needs to take a course on customer service. We received assistance from Luis and we was able to fix our problem. I don’t recommend this AutoZone if the only representative working is Edwin, however, if Luis is there you may receive some customer satisfaction. I rate this Auto-zone for Edwin as a one but since Luis assisted it is a two also because the female representative(didn’t catch her name) was rude to some other customer as well. Luis can’t win if he has rude customer representatives working with him. Take a course in customer assistance. PLEASE!

I needed a new battery and called on the phone ahead of time to check how much it was going to be. I spoke with the Store manager, Benjamin-extremely knowledgable and very helpful. He installed my battery very fast! I was in and out of Autozone, very painless experience!
