We came here and from the start the lady in the second window of the urgent care department (currently working since 1pm it’s now 3pm) was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help us at all. I’ve been sitting here for two hours waiting and watched this lady have the same rude attitude with every customer. Not even a hello and I don’t believe I even see a name anywhere. She yelled can I help you to every one who’s walked in and it’s not even loud. One star for the lady who did actually help a lot at the registration desk her name is Monica Mendoza and she went out of her way to print out papers we needed.
