Coastal Carpets

First Unilocal review ever, and wanted to send it out to Natesha Brown of Coastal Flooring. Recently suffered a flood in our home. In the midst of our lives being turned upside down, Tesha listened to my personal preferences and had many options pulled for me when I came in, along with pricing listed, and broken down in different options, minimized my time in the showroom. Tesha remembered my name, and continually used it, and made me feel like we’d known each other for awhile. When I called back a few weeks later, she still remembered me and again, made me feel like I was the only customer she had. At a time when when personal attention has been lacking through our home disaster, Tesha has made us feel comfortable and taken care of. I hope she’s an appreciated asset.

Stopped by here on a Saturday at noon. Doors locked, lights off. Nobody there.
