Best company ever, hands down! Last Friday at 5:30pm, I had a charter school’s worst nightmare…“toner empty” school was starting on Monday and I started to panic! I called Copy Link to see what I could do and they told me that they could deliver my toner first thing Monday morning. «That’s too late… I have so much to print to be ready for school starting on Monday», I said. «No worries, I’ll come up to Alpine and deliver it personally», she said. «Are you kidding me», I said. No, I’ll bring you two toners, so you have a extra one on hand”, she said. It warms my heart to know that this kind of customer service (going over and beyond our expectations) is not a lost art! Thank you so much!!! :)
