So we already know the customer service is awesome! Let’s talk the service first I’m not to trusting so I measured my thighs before I left my house 27 inches that’s the waistline of a teenager!!! But anyway I got home from my appointment walked and drank water measured them again I was like ok not bad 26.5 on each… But today is my second session and I measured again I left the house with 25 inch thighs!!! 2 inches smaller!!! Wut wut!!! Doing legs one more time and the fat lump lol above my butt! So excited! Oh yes please keep in mind every person gets different results I don’t drink anything but water and tequila and I go to the gym. You should never expect anything if you don’t do something.

I have had the laser lipo treatments and see immediate results. Kathleen is great and wraps my stomach so that I can see visible results. The next day feel positively skinny! Thus far, the service, treatments, and results have been fantastic! I will keep going back for more!

Came in because I purchased a microdermabrasion on groupon. The employees were friendly but they seemed to be a bit unorganized. The room was super bright and had no calming music or anything to make one feel relaxed. But overall prices are fair and they make you feel very comfortable!

Purchased a groupon for Laser Lipo … 6 treatments later and no visible results. Perhaps more treatments were needed, but no one called to follow up. Cannot recommend.

Love this place! I’ve come here for two different treatments. I got the ultrasound cavitation on my belly and it worked great — I lost 2 inches. I’m small to begin with but got the belly fat problem. This really helped!
I’m currently getting the volcanic ash for cellulite done for my legs.
The staff is so friendly, nice, personable and accommodating. I one time even forgot my appointment and they still fit me in later that day. Awesome service!

This place was fantastic! I had a groupon for 6 treatments. Needed to work on my jowl area by my chin. They had no problem changing the location of the lipo to this area. Groupon stated I could only use coupon for stomach or thighs. Came in for 6 weeks, each time they were very professional and courteous to me. Would recommend this place to my friends. Oh this machine really works, I look so much younger.
All I can say is check this place out… You will not be disappointed !

My sister and I treated ourselves to procedures at Eastlake Rejuvenation for our (shared) birthday. We’re both so pleased! I have never before had such great, lasting results or been given such personal attention. The Eastlake Team is the best!

Had to wait 20 minutes even with an appointment, and then I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff when I asked about it. I came in for a simple waxing, and I wasn’t even impressed with the work. I didn’t notice it there, but when I came home, I still saw hair. There are some nice people that work there, and I don’t want to discredit them, but it was my overall experience that makes me give only 1 star. I probably wasn’t a priority customer to them, but it sure feels bad to feel that way.

They let the phone ring and ring and once someone answers, they give you the runaround when you ask questions regarding the services. If that isn’t shady I don’t know what is. Be a smart consumer. Save yourself the agony and go somewhere else that deserves your money.
If the team does a good job there, you would never know it from the people who are responsible with booking clients and deal with customers firsthand. Dancing around a question about a procedure done on the body is not a good way to start.

Do not go here for permanent makeup! I went in to get my eyebrows done and Kathleen totally messed 1 of them up. I found an great place in Orange County that was able to redo my eyebrows and left them looking AMAZING!
