NEVER will I EVER order from here again! I ordered a baby shower cake and it was the wrong flavor and it wasn’t even ready on time. They didn’t want to give me a refund but they gave me store credit. Not only that, my friend ordered a cake a few weeks later and found MAGGOTS in her cake! LIVE moving maggots! How DISGUSTING! They should be shut down!

Whenever we go visit hubby’s Nana, this is our go-to market. There’s pretty much everything here!!! Tortilleria, meat deli, bakery, fresh produce, hot foods and agua frescas deli, even a jewelry and gold buying area. If you catch them making fresh tortillas, wait a bit and you’ll get to try a freshly made one. YUM!!! Prices for items like beer(Dos XX in particular) seem a touch too much here. There’s plenty of parking and if needed you can gas up your ride in the same lot. At check out, you’re offered these ticket deals that I have yet to get what they’re for. I always decline, since we don’t shop here often.

This place used to be Seafood City. In my opinion it is an upgrade to the old one but the new Seafood City on Orange is better. This grocery caters to the hispanic clientele as they have fresh tortillas, a food court area with tamales and salsas, and mexican entrees. They have good prices and they also have fresh seafood. Be careful when buying the seafood as some of it may not be fresh which was the same case with old Seafood City. They give you stamps when you check out which is one stamp for each dollar that you bought. When you have 40 stamps and stuck them on the card you are eligible to get special deals on them. Some of them are very good. Overall this is a good neighborhood grocery but like any shopping experience you have to look carefully at what you buy. There are some gold nuggets in there and also there is coal. If you take your time and get the good stuff you will get a good deal.
