I understand that getting subscriptions and reservations is a store policy, but the sales team at this store needs to be able to read their customers a little better. I’ve been going to this store for about a year and a half and they always try to sell me something I don’t need. On one occasion a clerk was savvy enough to eavesdrop on my conversation with my wife in order to try to crowbar a «New 3Ds» reservation. He should have been savvy enough to tell me I was buying the wrong accessory for my current device, it would have been appreciated. Annoyances aside, the staff is relatively friendly. The store is very clean and their walls are organized which can be hard when you work at a game store where kids can freely run in and out. If you like picking up your games at midnight they are usually open for major releases and they are likely to run some kind of tournament for said release.

I come here pretty often, either for Wii games or for PS3 games. They have a good selection of Wii games, but some of them are ridiculously overpriced. If you stay long enough and search through them all, you will find some good ones though. I’ve also purchased additional controllers here for my Wii, one new(was a universal brand) and one used Wii controller. They both work flawlessly.(awesome!) They have a huge selection of PS3 games here, and I mean theres pretty much something for every gamer here. When you walk in, they have a little rack/box with games that are on sale. Usually about 5 or 6 bucks each. I’ve bought a few from this sale stand/box and they were surprisingly in almost new shape. The guys that work here are very knowledgable. The service is great as well!

This place is a rip-off with a rip-off policy and TERRIBLE managers and assistant managers. My husband and I came in to buy a PSVita and games with cash. My husband asked the assistant manager —LIAR Chris — - if we could return it and get our money back. He said yes. We asked if we could open it and still get our money back and that LIAR said yes when clearly they only let you exchange for other used scratched crap. We came to return it two days later because of glitches and the manager tells us we can get 20% of our cash and the rest on stupid store credit. The vita had been played three times. YOURASSISTANTMANAGER —CHRIS— IS A LIARANDSHOULDNOTBETELLINGCUSTOMERSTHEYCANRETURNMERCHANDISEWHENEVERYTHINGIS A FINALSALE. I stopped coming here for years and now I remember why. The Vita costs the same at Walmart or Target and they give you 2 weeks to return even if opened. Chris, you suck.
