I love this game stop, pre order early releases are great here, super fast. The staff especially one of the girls that work there I forget her name. Always hook it up with info and are generally super informative. The only thing I hate is the constant priming of other products like pre orders or disk insurance or credit cards. But I won’t give less stars because that’s a company policy that I’m sure they have to say or they will be in trouble.

I never noticed this GameStop until I started to look around the area more often. I’ve been in here only a few times and Im always greeted by an employee. They have a lot of games for all the systems and I’ve found a couple of games that were pretty hard to come by. Some of the games are really cheap while other games maintain their value. The store is really organized and clean. The staff is also knowledgeable on a variety of games and know what games are coming out without looking it up. This GameStop is my go to for games whenever I need something new or used.

This GameStop (by Target in Eastlake) uis really great. The staff is knowledgable and helpful. As a mom that doesn’t hknow too much about games they are helpful and insightful. They also understand their customer is my 13 year old who they listen to and show around, but also are clued into the fact it’s most likely my money so they educate me on content. Out of all the GameStops I’ve been to (quite a few) this is the best staff by far. Kudos to the owner for hiring good people.

I stopped in GameStop after having dinner at a local eatery. I came in to check out a few new games and pre order a few games. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly attendant at the door.
The store was very well organized and clean (
) I needed an extra controller, so I picked one up, nothing fancy, just what is needed and works. (
) Unfortunately, I did not have my old games on my to trade in for a deposit, but it was not a big deal, because, I can still receive credit for them when I pick up the new games.
GameStop gives you a fair market value in return for those used games. Sometimes not as good as I can get on Glyde, but then again I don’t have to deal with mailing and waiting. Good customer service. I like GameStop, they have always done me right…

These guys are awesome. They have convinced me out of buying games for my son. The guys told me about certain games that are definitely inappropriate for kids. And the fact that they do that and go out of their way to protect children. I commend them, they are really great guys and knowledgeable. I want people to know what a great store this is, because they really are looking out for the customer and the kids. Awesome!!!

Why do so many adults in here look like Chris Hansen from Dateline is looking for them. Time to move out of the parents house and start living on your own. And if you’re still playing video games and you’re over 30, um, let’s just say you need to explore real life and stop searching for Zelda.

This place is great place for gamers and first timers. They always have what I want and give great customer care. The midnight releases are always fun and the staff do whatever they can to make people happy. Check out the store, I think you’ll be very happy with your experience.
