I went in to do my taxes and wasn’t satisfied with the services, so I asked them to put my file on hold until I have a second professional look at the paperwork and give them a call back after wards. Two hours later I received a couple of phone calls from this office and a voice-​mail from the representative stating that they could lower the cost of filing my taxes. The next day I received a call at 8:57am, which is before they are open for business, with a voice-​mail and continuous calls (4) throughout the day. The next day (Easter Sunday) I received two phone calls 35 minutes apart and another voice-​mail with the same message. The next day I continue to receive calls totaling to around 10 with voice-​mails, so I spoke with a representative from their corporate office to end the harassment. After explaining the situation I was assured that things would be taken care of the following day and the calls should stop. The day after I received another phone call, no voice-​mail, so I called corporate again and filed another complaint. This is clearly harassment and I do not recommend their services.
