Sue Na is one of the most unprofessional real estate person ever. My parents dealt with them but my parents aren’t tech savvy. All I know is my mom was very hurt that this real estate person never returned any calls and texts after multiple contacts by my mom AFTER they’d given a deposit. Sue emailed them and said they were rejected by owner but my parents wanted to know why, or at least ask about other properties and she continuously ignored them for almost 4 days. Unprofessional. Do not use them. Do not give this woman any more business.

Highly recommend staying away from realtor John Stenberg and Intero Real Estate Services. I engaged in a transaction with him to purchase a condo and he never disclosed that the condo was in litigation which caused me to lose my loan and have to stay in a hotel. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the seller would not sign off on returning my $ 10,000 deposit so months later I have no home and no deposit yet. When I finally reached out to John, his own words were: «Unfortunately there were lots of things that went wrong on this transaction: The seller not disclosing the litigation on his Seller Questionnaire» Then when I confronted him and told him that he was the licensed real estate agent and the one who was being paid to understand these things, he responded by saying: «This is between you and the seller» Um actually, you’re under contract representing the seller in this transaction! Apparently, John is only concerned with the transaction when it involves him getting paid and not interested in solving problems. Even after San Diego realtor John Stenberg told me to buzz off, I responded to him, telling him I would wait until he spoke with his seller before sharing my negative experience. He never even cared to respond. There a lot of great real estate agents in San Diego who will stick by you even when problems come up, I recommend trying to find one of them and staying away from John Stenberg and Intero Realty in San Diego.
