I’ve been to several jamba juice but it’s my first at this location. Customer service is great. Although it was packed it did not take long for my drink to be ready. It’s located in Chula vista mall.

Really nice staff, they’re fast and make great smoothies! The line had quite a few people but the cashier took our orders fast and maintained great customer service. One of the best locations besides the one at Plaza Bonita to receive quality smoothies.

Really nice people early in the morning this morning, I am super happy it is open at 6:30am and no waiting. Is Friday and needed something refreshing and healthy. I love the protein berry workout, it is sweet and it has protein so why not! Price… well it is alright i mean i spend 5+dlls on a coffee why not on something healthier

This Jamba Juice location is good, but there are definitely much better. It’s pretty much hit and miss for me. One day the staff will be friendly, but my drink will have shredded plastic in it or my drink will take forever. Then the next time the employees will be meh and my drink will be good.
I guess what it comes down to is who is working that day. Try it out and see who your favorite employees are.

My Blendtec has ruined my Jamba Juice experience. =(
I have not been to Jamba Juice for almost a year because we started making our own PB and other shakes at home with our $ 500 blender. For lunch today I decided to check it out since I was far away from my blender, I found my PB Chocolate shake not easy to drink. It wasn’t bad at all, but after making shakes a certain way it was difficult.
I thought the shake was made well and the staff was pretty friendly.

Although they make there drinks super delicious, they are SUPER slow & very understaffed. I know they are probably doing the best they can with what they have, but there’s no way I should be waiting 20 – 25 min for 2 drinks with a hold up of about 9 people ahead of me who also had the same wait time. When you think about it, that’s not that many drinks. & I also don’t understand why if I’m ordering 2 of the same drink, why you would make 2 separate batches instead of pouring double of the ingredients into ONE blender. Work smarter not harder, & save time ! But other than the wait time, this Jamba Juice is clean & they know how to make their smoothies !

Love the Orange C Booster and the Peach Pleasure! They are open here today which is Easter Sunday.
I kind of felt sorry for them having to be open when just about everything else nearby is closed. Love Jamba Juice nevertheless!

I love Jamba Juice but not this location. Very slow and didn’t even announce when my drink was ready. I always go to the Eastlake location which has great people and excellent customer service.

Terrible customer service.
If the employees don’t have the autonomy to make small decisions to keep customers happy, then shame on Jamba Juice for not empowering their people to provide exceptional customer service.
However, if the employees don’t have a clue what it takes to create a good customer experience, then they need to hire some new people who get it.
They were out of the ingredients needed to make the first two drinks I ordered. I ended up with a glass of sugar water and a single shot of wheat grass on the side to try and make up for the fact they had no «green juice» (whatever that is) or Spirulina. I don’t want to tell the whole boring story, but they had a chance to make me happy and failed. I will not be spending any more money here — too many other choices.

I’m a Jamba Junkie! I love Jamba and the Chula Vista location is the main reason why! The employees there are very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. They have introduced me to a varied number of products and combinations. They were all tasty and enjoyable. Join the club and become a Jamba Junkie!

Just like any other jamba juice. It was about mid-​day when I went and they wouldn’t take my $ 50 bill… They couldn’t even break it for me! How sad.

I’ve never liked Jamba Juice.
I rather just make my own smoothies or juices at home than to pay $ 5.
My sister gave me a gift card for JJ so of course I’m gonna use it.
I ordered a Vanilla Coffee Whirl because it sounded good, I love vanilla and it was late. I don’t drink coffee by the way. First of all, I’m glad it didn’t taste like coffee and it had absolutely no taste of vanilla whatsoever.
It sucked!
This place is expensive too.
I do love how everybody is friendly and helpful.

They’re very nice and prompt. There is a restroom. There are 4 tables, 5 chairs and a little bar with 2 stools. And outside there’s a big table with four chairs. :D
