Jamba Juice

The workers are so welcoming and very friendly, love coming to this place the energy in there is great along with the costumer service. I love how when I’m not sure on what to order they always recommend me to really great smoothies. Lastly I really like how they manage to keep the place really clean and representable.

Yes I know what difference can this Jamba juice have over other franchises? Well the first difference of this Jamba juice is that it has great customer service! These guys are always happy to make delicious drinks. This location in particular has lots of tables with power outlets next to them. This is great if you are trying to bring in your laptop and get work done. They also have a big patio with umbrellas to enjoy the sun.

As always great customer service! The ladies behind the counter this particular Friday morning ⁸⁄₇ were so friendly and prompt with my order… how refreshing! Also, appreciate the cleanliness of this particular location.

I love Jamba Juice and this is my regular go to location but new employees clearly need some training in customer service… super rude. Hesitant about coming back

I always look forward to their «happy hour» promotion and buy one, get one free coupons! They have great, friendly service which is always a MUST for me to return!

Can I add more than 5 stars? Been going to this place for a while. Chill staff and they are faster then any other Jamba Juices in giving you your smoothie and getting out the door so you can go where you need to be. Always get the green tea matcha or a bowl if I’m hungry. Come back twice a week or more, for the drinks, bowls, speed and chill staff! Anyways go here if you want a good Jamba Juice.

Cant get more better on hot days then getting something from here good service and people are great fast to get you drink out

Would give it a five if the cashier focused on customer service versus fixing her hair. Gonna go ahead and call her out, nothing personal but Joyce should interact with the customer and not fix her hair up while taking my order. That’s just common courtesy, despite that, the place was nice and the staff is generally friendly. Tables could use a wipe down but it was a busy time even though they had no customers.

What sets this one apart and above the rest is the customer service and the consistency in the preparation of your drinks. The folks behind the counter are always friendly, always. The drinks are always spot on — what’s not too love! Come here and get happy!

Kale ribbean sounds good so I order this all the time, but the health value don’t really matter to me i don’t know what to watch with what I order, I just know there’s fruit and vegetable in it. I guess it’s healthy enough, thanks to the guy who made my drink I don’t taste the kale at all.

Personally, this place is my new favorite Jamba Juice. The one in Eastlake used to be my favorite (because it was the only one in the area), but now that there’s another one, I prefer the latter.
This location is perfect because right after taking my summer body sculpting classes, I can just drive right across the street for a rejuvenating smoothie – with or without protein.
Not only is this location great, but so is the Jamba Juice itself. It’s very big and spacious with seating by the windows, and there’s also a patio outside for more seating. Generally, this location doesn’t get TOO crowded. The workers are kind and the drinks are good. I prefer this location.

This jambs juice is never packed it’s fast and the shakes are yummy I like comming to this one service is also great :)

I’ve been going to Jamba Juice since the early 90s on warm days when I’d skip a meal in lieu of a Power smoothie. Today was an unusually warm April day (where are those April showers?) so I opted for my usual large (power) Citrus Squeeze at the recently-​opened Jamba Juice near Southwestern College & Bonita Vista High School. There were three people ahead of me and three people working; sorta. One girl was making drinks, another was taking orders, and the third girl was sloooooooowly counting her cash drawer. You would think she was paid by the minute by the way she was counting those 15 – 20 $ 1 bills. Not a real biggie since I’m sorta used to these younger folks not having any sense of urgency for anything but their phones.
I finally made it to the front of the line and ordered my three drinks for just under $ 16. It was a big disappointment that they don’t fill the cups up all the way and they don’t blend the fruit up enough; you end up struggling to suck a big chunk of strawberry/​banana through the straw.
How crappy can service/​quality get these days? If you really want to find out, just visit this Jamba Juice.
For those do-​it-​yourselfers, avoid this place and try blending strawberries, bananas, plain yogurt, OJ, and some Minute Maid fruit punch concentrate (as a sweetener) at home.

Clean new place with huge windows, making the place look really open and modern. I like how they have cute tables for indoor seating, very convenient.
The cashier was welcoming and he even made the drink. I ordered large white gummy with whey, tasted yummy :)
This place is perfect for me because I rarely have time to eat lunch. I get to quickly sippy sippy while working or studying for my classes.

New location, new employees… Very friendly, very clean like every other Jamba Juice. But I, alongside everyone I’ve spoken to, have said that their smoothies weren’t thoroughly blended — if you like chunks at the bottom, come here while the location is new! If not, just nicely ask that it’s blended thoroughly, haha. This place will match up w/​Eastlake in no time!

Very friendly employees. I ordered my usual, berry lime sublime, and the girl behind the register didn’t know where on the computer it was but she just asked another employee who showed her and we were on our way. All of the employees were polite and had smiles on their faces which put me in a happy mood as I was waiting for my smoothie :)
