This is my favorite local Thai Restaurant. We eat here several times a month and always have a great experience. The people are always very kind and prompt. The food is always delicious.

I dined here a couple years ago, and I remember the food being good: yellow curry and pad Thai. Their pineapple fried rice was dry and not good. Their prices are also on the higher end. Great ambiance if you’re looking for an upscale-traditional Thai dining experience. Maybe it’s their expensive décor causing their higher prices. Either way, this isn’t a bad spot for Thai food.

I never dined here before. When I was in class today, I got a notice from my bank that my debit card was used here. I live 2 hours away from this place. And my card was definitely in my purse the whole class time. How could they even charge? It’s fishy. Therefore, be careful with you use your card here.

The yellow curry level 5 spice is just right. The fried tofu so good. I asked for bell peppers to be added to my yellow curry.

This place used to be my favorite Thai restaurant close by our house . BUTWHATWASHAPPENED? New server and new cook ? First of all, we came in the front and young female server seat us right the way. she didn’t bring any menu for 10 min. So I went back to front and grab them. Next thing she didn’t to come by table ask us what to order either. I have to go back front again for order. She was on the cellar phone and texting. Wow I was surprised she is only one server around at that time and not pay an any attention on the floor at all ? Second is … Food didn’t come out over 20 – 25 min. Even that young server was gone and other decent server show up taking care the floor. FOODQUALITY is not same and turn to horrible and disappointed. I asked server for spicy level 4 – 5. But my food came out super super spicy and burn my lip and my stomach started hurt so bad. I could only eat 10 percent of food I ordered. I came home still feel so sick and thinking to go to ER. I can’t believe this is the same place I used to love to stop by and eat !!! I can’t recommend this place to everyone !!! NEVER go this place again.

They have such great quality veggies here. Their food is definitely made with love. And they don’t take too long on to go orders. Hands down the best Thai restaurant in Chula Vista. So happy they opened this location in eastlake. It’s a family owned business so I enjoy being able to support local businesses . I’ve been coming here for a while with no problems whatsoever ever Recently I came and actually ordered the wrong thing and I didn’t end up liking it even though I tried to. They were willing to exchange it for what I usually order and made me so happy being able too. Considering me they’re a small business. I will continue to support this business :) much love to them

Traveling with three kids from 2 years old to 13. Also included my mom, sister and brother(all adults) To be honest I enjoyed the food, I don’t eat Thai food often but the lunch pad Thai was flavorful. My problem was more an ethical issue. When my bill came I had a hard time confirming the amount with what we had ordered but because we were in a hurry I didn’t overanalyze it. It wasn’t till she brought my customer copy and I went to fill in the tip that I realized it had already been pre-filled out for me. I was a bit stunned because 1– I didn’t see it on the handwritten bill, two– we searched all around and didn’t see a policy stating a certain party number was subject to a pre-determined tip amount, and 3– 2 of our party of 7 did not order anything as one was a toddler and the other shared with my sister. I came home and honestly don’t know if to feel insulted that they assumed we wouldn’t tip or if they just don’t post policy. Either way I probably would have left a more generous gratuity but now the experience has left me preferring not to frequent again.

Nicely appointed. Excellent polite service. But the food!!! Outstanding, a real surprise for a restaurant in Chula Vista. I was beginning to wonder if there was a great restaurant in this town. Full bar. Out of the way for sure, but worth the search.

Great Thai food in a strip mall in Eastlake(Chula Vista). Tonight there was only one waitress so everything took a little longer but that was okay; we were able to talk and longer. I have been here several times and the food and service is always top notch. We had the chicken satay with a thick, rich peanut sauce. Pad Thai pork which was delicious and heavy on the peanuts. The pork fried rice was a bit heavy on the onion but that was easy to pick out. Our waitress was very polite and did a great job handling the entire restaurant which was packed.

Wow! Blown away by this place. Not expecting what I encountered. I was thoroughly surprised. Food is the definition of delicious. I’m from LA and I’m a big fan of Thai Ocha. This place is on par with them. This place spares no dime in using authentic Asian vegetables instead of the typical, inexpensive American vegetable substitutes. The service is unmatched. These ladies work their butt off to impress you as if all hell will break loose if you give them a bad review. Thoy is like a mother figure making sure you are taken care of and well fed. She runs the front of the house AND the back of the house. A Machine this woman! Had: Pad See Yoo, Shrimp Fried Rice, Thai Steak Salad, and the«FBI» melts in your mouth.

Great restaurant the staff is very attentive and friendly. I had an issue with my dish and they didn’t get upset or defensive they immediately asked what they could do to make it right, it was taken care of quickly and they even though I had an issue the food was fantastic. Definitely earned this 5* review. Will definitely eat here again.

Came here for dinner with a family a little while back. Several diners, but they were able to accommodate our party of 8 right away… Seats seemed a bit worn and the light above us was out, so it was extra dim. But overall clean with nice décor. Service was pretty friendly. The food seemed a bit overpriced, especially for the appetizers whose portions were a bit small… Fresh spring rolls, calamari, egg rolls, they were all pretty standard, good… We also ordered their curry empanada like dish(curry puff). The crust was nice a flaky. The curry was a good flavor too… But the very center was cold/frozen… My husband and I were the only ones in the group that ate it, so we just kept quiet instead of point it out… We also ordered our usual pad see ew and phad Thai. Both with a nice chewy texture and good flavor… I normally don’t eat a whole lot of rice with my meals, but sticky rice is addicting to me, something about the texture I guess. They also had affordable kids meals. I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my kid, which wasn’t quite what I expected(I was picturing breaded chicken), but it wasn’t too bad and was a big portion considering it was a kids meal! So while it wasn’t too bad, I think I’ll go back to my usual spots.

Not impressed. Got here by chance because we took a wrong turn. We got seated immediately. There were few customers seated. Ordered calamari. It’s lightly breaded. Ordered sprite but was watered down. Ordered $ 2.50 Thai iced tea and it was more ice than tea on a small conical shaped glass. Ordered chicken pad Thai but the noodles were soggy. The Otay ranch mall farmers market pad Thai tasted better. Redeeming factors are nice attendants(but not that attentive) and sticky rice with mango. I will not go back here again. Now this is just my point of view. There are other diners who are raving about this Thai restaurant. I just have higher standards. Peace out.

I was in this area visiting family and we dropped by here for a quick bite. It’s a small restaurant inside of a strip mall. We were promptly greeted upon arrival and seated shortly afterward. REDCURRYTOFU: I ordered this dish with a spice level of 5(on a 1 – 10 scale) and it was perfectly spicy and flavorful. There were large pieces of firm tofu and some random vegetables like string beans and peppers. I think the dish would be even better with more veggies, like broccoli, potatoes, etc. But to be fair, there is also a veggie option(Red Curry Vegetables instead of tofu). Personally, I like to have both veggie and tofu. It was a great dish though. It was served with a side of aromatic jasmine rice, which was fresh and fluffy. My table also had Tofu Fried Rice, which I couldn’t eat because it was made with eggs. But it’s a nice option for vegetarians or people wanting to cut back on meat consumption. DD had the Veggie Spring Rolls and said they were very good. It’s a cozy little place with modest décor. Nice employees. Could be a bit challenging to find if you’re not familiar with the area, but that is what GPS is for. Solid choice if you’re in the mood for Thai food.

My family and I have ordered food here twice now so I can’t really comment on the service. But the food we ordered was sure tasty. I’ve had the opportunity to try: Chicken pad thai noodles Chicken satay Pork spare ribs Pangang chicken level 4 Sticky rice with mango The spare ribs were real tasty but some of the ribs were tough. The pad thai was comparable to my favorite Thai restaurant so I enjoyed that. They could’ve added just a little more chicken in the pangang. Don’t get me wrong, it was good, but not enough chicken. Sticky rice w/mango was a nice finish. If you’re in the area, this place is pretty decent. A bit pricey but I believe you’re paying for the location.
