Ordered over the phone and they asked if I would like to hear their specials. Great customer service over the phone and when I entered to pick up my order, they assisted my right away and said that they were packing up my order. Too bad their Pac-​Man video game was out of order, but customer service was on point here.

We called at 6:50 to order 2 pizzas for an event. They told us it would be ready by 7:30 p.m. We show up at 7:30 and they told us our order just showed up on the screen 7 minutes ago and that it would be another 15 minutes. At 7:40 they tell us we’re still 8th on the list. Absolutely no apologies or explanation. The very least they could have done was bump up our order and made a commitment to get us out as soon as possible. This was a huge inconvenience and incredibly disappointing. Completely unprofessional I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Laziness at its finest! The manager (Vanessa) also lied about calling our name 3 times! We ordered pick up, got there 20mins later when supposedly our pizza would be ready. Paid, and waited 30 more mins! Then when I decided to get their attention, they just look at me! Wtf?! She was even wiping her mouth from eating something! My husband and I were in there the whole time after we paid, all the workers were eating and on their phones in the back. Then she says, oh we called your name 3 times! Really?!! Damn straight I demanded a refund, which she should have offered in the first place! Ughh! Poor customer service! I can’t believe they put someone like that in charge!

I am so over this Pizza Hut. All the employes are either lazy or careless. I order all the time, and I always note «Don’t ring bell, Call.» (Roommate situation) well they always ignore it. It’s like the 5th time: so finally I called to complain and all I got was a, oh I’m sorry. Why don’t you say I’ll speak to all my employes bc it’s obviously a reoccurring issue or ask what you could do to fix it. Not only that but the pizza sucked, my pizza looked drenched in oil or butter, the cheese sticks were cold and the brownies were all stuck to the pan. Next time I’ll just make something at home.

Very happy with my Pizza, mild wings, bread sticks and chicken Alfredo. I have order deliver as well as pick and I have never had any issues. The time was just as estimated. I’d rather wait for my order than to buy a pizza that has been prepare hrs before I purchase it.

In the mood for pizza last night & was tired of Little Ceasers. I said to myself I’ll spend a little extra on Pizza Hut. So long story short I bought two medium pizza for a grand total of a little over $ 18. Huge disappointment there was a circle in the middle missing cheese. Immediately called in I was sent another pizza in which the rushed because the peppers & onions were uncooked. Please see picture. Shoulda listened to my daughter & ordered Dominos.

There delivery time is always around 30 – 45 minutes even on weekends. They still give you free crushed red pepper and cheese++++++and there pizza is light and crisp. We had there medium supreme pizza last night along with a side of 8 spicy boneless wings. My review is in comparison to other fast food delivery pizza. Overall pretty good and not to filling.

I ordered their hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and jalapeño. I love that they had alot of jalapeño on my pizza. I also ordered the Buffalo wings which were also pretty dank. Overall great dinner meal for a Friday night after a long day at work for under $ 20. :)

Senseless people work here.
I ordered my food on the iPhone app. They «tried» to call me to let me know they don’t have the ingredients for my order BUT my phone died (calls went straight to voicemail). They didn’t bother to leave a voicemail or email back (like normal professional business personnel would do) to let me know my order was voided. Waited for one whole hour and finally called to ask for my food, then I was informed it was voided.
These workers are stupid and have no common sense.

The best specials they ever had for only $ 19.99 are ya outta ya mind?!. This is what I had for dinner for a whole month! True story! (Well maybe not a whole month, more liek 2.5 weeks) Now I’m over pizza!
