I’ve bought two dresses on separate occasions. The first one everything worked out fine. This place is expensive but I’m willing to pay more for a good dress. The second dress was my prom dress. I ordered a dress from one of the catalogs that they have on the front desk and payed for it beforehand and it was supposed to arrive a week later. They said they would call me but they did not. When I called them and told them they didn’t call me they claimed they did but I didn’t pick up WHICHIS A LIE bc I didn’t have a single missed call. Either way, it turns out the dress I had ordered was out of stock and I needed to come in and pick out a different dress. Luckily, I found another dress that I liked even better. The new dress cost a lot more but they let me have a big discount because of the hassle. They messed up and didn’t want to take blame but they did make up for it with a big discount. I believe I got $ 60 off? Worth it!

Very rude, called on this store as a vendor, lol they hung up on me… twice. I thought it was by mistake(incredible). The funny thing is that I specialize in helping Bridal stores with bad reviews, become a better store… Hilarious!!!

worst experience ever!!! first they ordered the wrong dress for me in a completely different style and size then they ordered the wrong dress color that i specifically asked for!!! * i repeatedly told them i needed a navy blue dress and they still went on to order me a royal blue. this is a major difference when you are in the wedding party where the other bridesmaids are navy blue and you are royal blue. finally, the alterations that were done to my dress were horrible!!! * the seamstress told me that she was making alterations where my dress would not touch the floor so i would not be Stepping on my dress during the wedding. * i decided to wear higher heels at the wedding than that what the seamstress measured me in at the time of my alterations and the dress was still too long and the straps that were suppose to help hold my dress up fell off off because they were not sewn into my dress properly so I spent most of the night pulling up my strapless dress. the worst part was that they make you pay for half of your dress upfront before they order it for you. then they make you pay for the whole dress before they make any alterations. * this is a bad idea if you are the customer because they give no refunds!!! paying upfront and no refunds is basically telling the associates and seamstresses of princesa that they are still going to be rewarded if they make a mistake at the customer’s expense if they: * order the wrong dress * make the wrong alterations * lie in your face about how royal blue looks like navy blue,
i know this is a long review but this only shows the lengths of how unhappy and how horrible my experience was at princesa

I was looking all over for my prom dress. I tried at least ten different stories with everywhere from terrible to amazing service. I went to Princesa and had a wonderful experience. Great customer service, beautiful dresses, everything you’re looking for. They even steamed my dress for me. Highly recommended!
