My client recently had a flood in their home and I didn’t have may connections with Flood relief companies. I called Shannon’s company and she immediately put me in touch with the right remediation company and he was able to go to my clients house the next day. Shannon also made some great recommendations on how to proceed with this the best possible way. Shannon and her crew are awesome and she’s definitely looking out for your best interest!

The service provided by Simply Contents for a pack-​in/​pack-​out process due to flood damage was consistently professional, attentive, efficient and friendly. Shannon is very responsive to any and all questions in a timely manner and has a great attitude towards customers. Manny and his teams were prompt, polite (and thoughtful in the common areas of a downtown building), professional, careful in packing and rapid in their process. All of my belongings were returned in perfect condition and care was taken to protect new flooring as well as all surfaces in the building’s common area. Last month we had a flood in our condo and our insurance adjuster recommended Shannon at Simply Contents to pack and store our furniture and fine art. I called her and she came out the same day to look at the damage. Within a few hours they were packing all of our household belongings so no further damage would happen. They did a excellent job and we were so impressed with the professionalism that came with their service. They made sure all of our rugs went to the cleaner the same day. This company is great. Over the weekend I experienced a flood in my home and it was the worst feeling.
