Other than Caffe Tazza, this is the closest and most convenient place to get coffee. I’m a regular Starbucks patron at this particular location, so I am familiar with all the faces of the employees that work here. More specifically, Tyson, who deems himself manager. My reviews are mainly constructive and try to stray from reviewing employees by name, unless the person who is serving me/us is exceptional. However after my xxxth visit, I am finally putting in a review based on a compilation of many visits to this particular Starbucks, thanks to Tyson. The attempt at small talk and asking«how is your day going?» is attempted each time I purchase coffee there, however the negative comments under his breath as such: Tyson: Why did you get a free voucher for a coffee and where did you get it from? I can tell you that’s the same situation right now. We are out of ice coffee. Especially when people order it without ice(how I order my black coffee). Or responds«What.» I’ve been here enough times and stood in line long enough to know the difference between a friendly conversation exchanged between a customer and one of that with glaring eyes. This review will extend to corporate with my concerns for bad customer service. With that being said, you are better off driving the extra few miles to the next coffee joint to get coffee.

It can be a little slow at times(sometimes there’s only 1 barista running the show) but I’ve never received a wrong drink order and my drink is always great! They’re always friendly and more often than not ask how your day is going :)
