This Starbucks was not easy to get to and had very dicey parking (not enough parking) but hey we needed caffeine so we went for it. The inside looked a mess, likely due to the constant busy traffic inside the store. They did not mess up my drink or the name on the cup so it was a win-win.

The workers here are great and very friendly. The only problem is that the Starbucks app has different store hours than what’s posted at the restaurant so good luck figuring out when they actually close.

So this was my first time going to this starbucks and I don’t think I will go again. I went into the coffee shop and I was placing my order. Obvious I need coffee to function, hence I’m there. I order a white chocolate latte and what I meant was a white chocolate mocha, my bad I made a mistake. However the cashier was new so he was looking for a white chocolate latte on their machine and couldn’t find it and so he asked the manager (I think she’s the manager or shift leader). She came and said «oh people don’t know and they order it wrong but it’s a mocha not a latte.» She said it in such a condescending manner. As though she was demeaning me for making an innocent mistake. Also, they didn’t even call my name when my drink was ready.

What was in my drink this morning along with 2 others that sank to the bottom of my cup have a really strong feeling that’s a mini roach by the color let’s just say it’s friend was probably the one that was blocking the hole where I was «trying» to drink from

This is in a super busy shopping center so parking can be problematic at times. They have a really nice outside seating area with lots of shade. They share this space with Jamba Juice and Panda Express so seating can be hard to get.
Avoid this location on the weekends and right after the high school lets out if you like a quieter experience.
Service is always good.

This is such a convenient stop to work that I unfortunately have to come by here at times. I dread it when I do. I always have to brace myself as go what fresh thing they’ll come up with to piss me off.
Getting other people’s orders first before mine when I am trying to get to work on time?
Never even putting my order on a cup so that I wait and wait and wait for an order that is never coming? And almost being late for work?
Running out of coffee sleeves (what coffee place runs of of this??!) so that I have to wrap napkins around my hot drink?
Is it the surly attitude of the people that work here that will piss me off? The resting bitch faces of half the employees (if not all)?
I don’t know! It’s like a Russian roulette of bad Starbucks. That’s half the fun.
I go out of my way to go somewhere else farther away but way friendlier and less incompetent on days I can.

Pros. The coffee is good :) I ordered the Salted Caramel Mocha & the staff is nice and fast they have a handicap table, which is considerate
Cons. It’s a small starbucks, so if you don’t like working in cramped spaces, this place wouldn’t be ideal for you. Especially with the customers that accumulate quickly, sometimes it can get a bit too loud. But that’s nothing a pair of headphones and good music can’t fix

Sometimes the staff is nice, sometimes they aren’t. It can be really busy so the stress must get to them at times. There have been several drink orders messes when I have come but we don’t figure it out until we have already left and brought everything back to the house.
Other than that, it is the same old same old Starbucks. Very Expensively over-priced, but we still go to them!

Decent Starbucks. Friendly baristas. Standard drinks… I gotta take away a star just bc of the limited seating. Very limited seating inside, more tables outside. Parking lot is shared with other businesses and can get congested… This location is somewhat busy.

After getting my coffee from this store since it was open and when Rudy was the first manager here, I spend thousands of dollars already at this hours, Today is he first time I get piss off because Sylvia don’t pay attention and makes me get embarrassed, I’m live here in Otay Ranch and this is my App Store, I’m expecting decent service and mistake is not an option, it is not an excuse. If you work at Starbucks, you need to have a good memory, your brain must able to pick quick and fast paced in and out. Sorry now you lady drop the star of this store in Unilocal
