Pretty tasty sandwiches. I like that they toast them!!! I usually try to special for the month so I don’t have s favorite per se. Mi to however have a favorite milkshake. Try the pineapple but add chocolate to it! Delightful! I love the new kids meals… My kids love that they give you a token to get yellow m&ms. Pretty fun!

Went in to get my regular sandwich but I also asked the person who helped me if they knew some place where I could get something sweet for my mom. She was really nice and told me about how she could make this brownie and ice cream bowl, so I told her I would take that. When I got it, I didn’t realize how big it was and was excited to bring it home to my mom. She absolutely enjoyed it and said it was exactly what she was looking for. Thank you to whoever helped me!

Absolutely love coming here, fast service, friendly smiles, family friendly and all around great environment. Place was clean, the bags with drawings was a little much but all in all good place. I came in yesterday saw two women and man they all greeted me at once haha Danielle suggested i try the signature sandwich that seems to be popular, the wicked, she called it «the man sandwich» and wow it definitely was a man sandwich. this was my third visit yesterday, it was estonishing that this place is always positive because most places you go the employees arent very pleased to be there but not at which wich. I will definitely be coming back because of those three employees and the wicked was amazing. the employees seemed like they knew what they were doing, really cared about the store and the customers and having fun at the same time.

I heard my co workers talking about Which Wich at work, so I thought it’d be worth a try. We went on a Saturday afternoon walked in the store & we were greeted by a lady. We looked around not knowing where to start, then we told the lady we’ve never been there before. She gave us the info. Grab a bag correlating to which meat you want on your sandwich, then fill in all the toppings you want. A lot more simple than it seems & I love how this is set up! So much easier than subway. I got a chicken & my boyfriend got a chicken pesto. We both ordered medium(10.5″) and that’s was perfect for him and too much for me. I took the other half home and ate it later. But we were both amazed at how good the sandwiches were. The sandwiches are amazingly really good! Way worth the extra dollar or two over subway. The only downfall is for every Which Wich there has to be at least 10 subways, so subway is just more convenient to get to. It was so good we went back later that week, he got the chicken pesto(10.5″) again and I got the tuna(7″). Best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had and the small 7″ is a perfect amount of food. Customer service was awesome both times we went. The second time we went there was a younger lady, I think her name was Aloha because that is what it said on the receipt. She was super nice! She had a cast on her foot but she made an effort to walk around and check on every customer, wiping down tables and cleaning. All the workers were nice. When they say Superior subs, they mean it!

Empty eatery today and yet they took 21 minutes to make my sandwich as they talked and joked around instead of making a sandwich. Only reason I rate it a two today because of the olive mix… I will rather drive to the which wich on Coronado island then come here again! 3 employees working and it took 21 minutes… shame!

I had to update my review because of the superior customer service I received. I came in near closing time. The guy that took my order really impressed me with his friendly service. My sandwich was great and the bread was perfectly toasted. :)

Pretty good sandwich. We liked the flatbread and the ingredients armed fresh. My wife got chicken salad which was just processed chicken loaf chopped up into little pieces. No real dressing or anything like that, so I’d pass on that if you can.

Build your own sandwich! Love the concept! First you figure out what kind of meat you want in your sandwich. They have turkey, ham + pork, beef, chicken, seafood, vegetarian, Italian, reuben, classic and breakfast. Then your get the paper bag that follows to the meat of your choice. From there you fill in the bubbles, like a test, what you want in your sandwich. After that you bring your paper bag up to the cashier and they will ring you up and make your sandwich. I like this idea better than subways because they have more items to add in your sandwiches so the varied are endless. And everything you want is already fill in the paper bag so all the employee has to do is follow the bag and you don’t need to tell them what to add or what else you want. Usually I get the seafood bag with the crab salad. They give you so much crab meat! And it’s so creamy! Or sometimes I get the tuna. The flavoring of the tuna is better than subway. Employees here are always nice and welcoming. Remember to check-in for 10% off your purchase.

Their sandwiches are amazing. Love them. My personal favorite is The Wicked, and my son’s is the French Dip. The reason for the 2 stars is the consistently POOR service I’ve been getting here. They advertise their online ordering for faster pick up time. I ordered at 11:00am for pickup at 12:30 since I was picking up groceries. When I got there, they haven’t even started my order. I had to wait more than 15 minutes. When they finally gave me my order, they did not even apologize or acknowledge their lateness. And I would have let it go if this were the first time, but it’s not. It’s happened twice before this latest incident. To the owners of this place, if you want to keep your business open, train your staff better. Don’t offer online Or app ordering if you can’t handle it.

Came here for a late lunch on a Sunday… There was a steady stream of people, but it wasn’t necessarily busy at this time. Choose a paper bag that matches youreat of choice, then grab a pen and check off all the other stuff you want in the sandwich… Lots of options to choose from… Bring you paper bag to the counter to pay. The sandwiches are then given to you in the same paper bag… So I got a chicken sandwich with bacon and pesto, warm of course… These sandwiches are good. Warm and toasty, but still soft and chewy… Good flavor all around and with fresh ingredients… Got the kids on turkey and one pb, those are pretty standard… For dessert we got a cookie ice cream sandwich and CC cookie. The ice cream sandwich is probably as good as any other hyped up place that sells just that. The cookie was served warm with the CC melting, so sweet… Some indoor and outdoor tables, but not too many… I thought the wall of paper bags with customer drawings was cute. So this«build your own» format is nothing new, but the way it’s delivered here is pretty good. And the sandwiches back up the quality! A good place to go for lunch!

The manager here is amazing. He is a nice person and treats his employees with the same respect and niceness he gives to customer. Definitely coming back. Food was great too. The wicked sandwich is my recommendation to sample all their meats.

Don’t expect customer service with a smile, promptness or 2 sandwiches to come out less than 5 minutes apart. Even when it’s dead. The employees walk around and look as though they’re in some sort of stupor, and even when you’ve been waiting for a sandwich for nearly 10 minutes they look at you with a blank stare. That’s right. We weren’t here for food or anything. This place pretty much sucks, but once you actually get your food, it’s decent. Should’ve gone next door to Project Pie though.

Hmmmmm. I saw this place when I go to this shopping center often. So I am came in to give it a try. I felt completely lost when I came in. With the«bag thing». It was different and I guess that their branding system. I got my sandwich and it was good. It was different from what I tasted and that’s a good thing. I am planing on trying their other sandwiches in the future.

Amazing customer service. Hands down best customer service in the neighborhood. If you haven’t checked these guys out you’re missing out. Pass up subway. Pass up Jersey Mikes. staff here will treat you like family.

I gotta be honest, I thought this place was pretty average. The concept is cool, don’t get me wrong– you get to put a seemingly unlimited amount of stuff in your sando and they have quite the array of items. The execution is even good too– the sandwich was well put together and the service wasn’t extremely quick, but it didn’t take too long at all. The only thing that unfortunately falls short is the actual product itself; my sandwich was the epitome of average. Meats were fine, though it did feel like my Club was a bit heavy on ham and skimpy on the turkey & bacon. The Avocado tasted a little old, a bit too ripe, and there was an overload of lettuce. I’m still looking for the mushrooms, tomatoes and house chips, but hey maybe they did me a favor by leaving them off. Overall I felt the product was just average, and combined with the bit-high price, it just didn’t do it for me. I’ll give it another shot one day, but the next sandwich I buy will probably be from Jersey Mikes or even Subway. Shout-out to the dude in the pony-tail though who gave me the candied walnuts on the side, those were dank.

Was a little overwhelmed with all the choices at first. Once I started filling out the order sheet, realized it was nice to just pick what I wanted and it flowed pretty easily. Actually it was kind of fun! Ordered the Crab Seafood Salad sandwich on wheat and it was creamy and yummy! Everything I was craving for. I definitely will come back again. Customer service was great!

Dropped in today for the first time and holy cow this is place is no joke. I can’t remember the last time I had a sandwich that good. When I first walked in, I looked like the lost kid day 1 of Jr High. Luckily, a very patient and sweet employee there Aloha, kindly explained everything to me and got me on the road to a delicious sandwich. I went with the chicken pesto with bacon on white, 10.5 inches and I highly recommend getting the 10 incher. It goes quick bc it’s delicious. The prices are fair for everything you get. They keep the inside lobby clean. There’s outside seating. Staff is real friendly. I’m definitely coming back.

Ah, which wich, glad you made it to Eastlake. Have been here a few times now and no complaints at all. Love that you can order what you want with some or as many toppings as you want… no one shortchanging you, giving you looks if you want extra, or charging extra for each add on. All of the deli meats I have tried are of excellent quality. Bowlwich was quite good also. Friendly staff who are helpful in explaining the ordering process for newbies.

Ahh, finally, a Which Wich close to my area. I’ve been to this sandwich spot before, but every other time it’s been at least 30 minutes away. So, of course, I wanted to test how good this one is. As I entered, it looked like your typical Which Wich. There are sandwich bags categorized by chicken, turkey, roast beef, other proteins and meat, etc. right as you enter. There is a clear glass barrier where your sandwich is being made, wooden/stainless steel tables, and the theme of yellow. I don’t recall if other Which Wich locations do this, but I enjoy how customers can design a paper bag and clip them onto the wall. It’s a cute little addition to this eatery. I guess this place is comparable to both Jersey Mike’s and Subway. Jersey Mike’s because of the modernness of the sandwich place, and how«new» it is. Whereas, it’s customizable like Subway. I would consider Which Wich to be better than both, though. It’s a tad pricey, but the sandwiches are very fulfilling and full of flavor. Never are they dry. The customer service is always impeccable. Lately, the workers have been even kinder. I like how there is both indoor AND outdoor sitting because it does tend to get a tad busy, and people choose to sit inside.
