Mr. Clarke is a wonderful therapist. He is very kind, compassionate, empathetic, and pretty damn practical. He is always punctual, always gives his patients his full attention, and can always offer new insights into some of the problems his clients face. He has many years of experience with children, teenagers, and adults(ranging from individual therapy to couples’ therapy to family therapy). He stays up-to-date with the latest therapeutic concepts by attending to his own ongoing professional development. He has even published papers in peer-reviewed journals in his areas of expertise. I have found Mr. Clarke to be a wonderful help and resource for me in times of chaos. He’s the best therapist I have ever worked with. Mr. Clarke is also not a psychiatrist, as Unilocal asserts. He is a Licensed Independent Social Worker(LISW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Chicago. This simply means that he is unable to provide prescription medication therapy. However, he has many psychiatrist contacts who can fulfill the medical role while he provides excellent talk therapy sessions.
