While signing for my pizza, I dropped the box and my pizza went everywhere. Fifteen minutes later the very sweet and kind delivery girl brought me another one without my asking. She made my day. Great people at this place!

Gotta admit, I only started ordering from Domino’s because it’s the only place that delivers to my new address. But I’ve been pleasantly surprised.
I always have speedy service from this location. Today I got my order in less than 15 minutes (during off-hours). Impressive. Food quality is much better than it was a few years ago. Crust has a lot of flavor. The only problem I’ve ever had with this location was a forgotten ranch dressing. Not the end of the world. Delivery drivers are always nice, and have a smile for me. Especially Tameka — she makes me laugh. :)

I’m very disappointed in my order. I ordered my food and it looked as if someone crumbled the pizza up then kicked it around. I threw the whole entire pizza away. I would not usually waste money but when I called to tell Domino’s about my experience, they were very nonchalant. I’m not a person to complain but I called and downloaded this app just to write a review. I am very displeased.

After all of the ads on TV, I decided to go try Domino’s again after many years. Well, the good news is, they are definitely better than they were. The bad news is, don’t go to this one. Ordered once and they had an emergency, forcing me to drive to pick up my pizza. Even when I was there, I waited 30 minutes for them to finish it. They gave me a free pizza for my trouble on my next order. Next order, they forget my garlic sauce that I paid for, and messed up the pizza I ordered, saying I said «light sauce» and not «white sauce». Their response? «Sorry». So, Domino’s has fixed a lot of their pizza, but if you have a choice, do not order from here.

The TV made me get Domino’s. The commercials actually worked. They kept telling me that Domino’s had changed and was way better now. They told me that I should give them a chance, and that they really care.
Surprisingly they were right. I actually like the new Domino’s. The crust in particular has a lot of flavor. I also enjoy those new Parmesan Bites that the TV told me to get, too.
The trouble is that Little Caesar’s has spoiled me when it comes to cheap pizza. With Domino’s I have to order it beforehand and that is actually trouble enough to make me not choose Domino’s, even though it IS better. It doesn’t help that this Domino’s has a horrible parking lot to get into and out of. In the end, it’s too much hassle.
But the TV was right, they’ve changed for the better.
