I was looking to get waxed after only shaving or trimming for years. I read the Unilocal reviews and finally chose this location for the convience of being close to my home. I must say that it was very easy to find. They did validate my parking but I had to pay another dollar to get out of the garage. No biggie just surprised me. The décor is very nice and simple. I booked Delaney based on the reviews that were here. She did an amazing job. I had booked a Brazilian but after explaining to her what I wanted she explained that what I really wanted was a Bikini full. This removes all the hair I wanted down to my labia but doesn’t wax your buns. I also had my under arms done. She did such and amazing job. My hair is kinky and course. I get ingrown hairs easily, so I am looking forward to seeing if the products work. The end result didn’t involve as much pain as I had with waxing strips at other salons. I also got waxed while on my cycle; this can increase the sensitivity but it was still not as painful as I thought. I love the wax they use. She was able to do several passes and get all of the hair. without my skin feeling irritated. I will never shave or trim again. This was a wonderful experience and I will back. I went to this location a few weeks ago. The location is nice and the facility is clean with friendly employees. I had been to several EWC but this experience was by far the worst. I went to Kate. She is super friendly but not as cautious or efficient. This had to be the most painful waxing I’ve experienced as I was cut twice with scissors as she trimmed. Following that, she is extremely rough. I will continue to use EWC but will not be booking with her again.

I had been going to the Crestview Hills, KY location for about a year and I started coming to this Clifton location once I moved up here. Compared to Crestview, which was always packed and super busy, the ladies at Clifton are a bit more laid back and I can always get a reservation when I want one. They also validate your parking ticket if you park in the U-​Square Garage, which is helpful. I’ve been coming sporadically so I’ve yet to find a preferred wax specialist, which is the reason I’m rating 4 stars instead of 5. I can’t remember who my specialist was, but I did have the same problem that others have had with finding wax still stuck to me once I get home (which is actually pretty painful). I’ve also had great specialists, so I’m still holding out on this location. Also, get a wax pass– they’re worth it.

I love this place! I first went to another location because I heard your first wax is free (that’s right… free) and I’m always down for a good deal. I loved it there and was so excited when they came to Clifton because I live right down the street. I have been to over 5 different specialists there because I rarely book in advance and all of them have been great. Personality wise and waxing wise. The front desk woman is also awesome and remembers me every time I come in! I recommend students get the student wax pass. $ 54 for 5 waxes (it’s for 4 but you get one free)! My mom got me two for Christmas and they lasted me almost all year. $ 108 for 10 waxes. They also validate parking so even if you don’t live close like me you should come here. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to come back every four weeks or so! They do take walk ins but I recommend calling first so you don’t have to wait. Even if you call the day of and see what they have available.

The staff here are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They offer online reservations and locations are popping up everywhere! This location offers parking validation so don’t let that scare you! I’ve been to the Rookwood location, and it was a positive experience and I left pleased. I tried the Clifton location out because I moved and this was the closest. My waxer was great, professional and personable. She made me feel comfortable and overall I was pleased with the experience, however she did manage to leave wax ON ME! I didn’t realize till I got home and that it stuck to everything! She was great and I wanted to love her but leaving dark blue wax on a client and the aftermath of trying to get that off is not ok!

They saw me as a walk-​in! Paige was my waxing specialist. She was very warm and welcoming and kept me entertained as she worked! Her work space was very clean and efficient. I was in and out in 20min! A few stray hairs that were a little short for waxing. Other places will often times tweeze those for me. but for the price I got here I can tweeze them myself!

European Wax Center is a full service waxing facility. They offer the full array of waxing for women and upper body and facial waxing services for men.
They have long hours and it is pretty easy to get an appointment online or via the phone.
The lovely ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and friendly. They have a sales pitch, yes, but they are super friendly so I’m fine with it.
The waxing process here is down to a science. They use their own special hard wax (no waxing strips) that is supposed to help with avoiding irritation. One important note is that the rooms are brightly lit and they do not provide temporary coverups for the more private areas. If you are super self conscious this might not be the place for you (personal waxing might also not be for you if you are very self conscious).
The waxing I had here was probably the most efficient I have ever had. I left with smooth skin and the results have been great. I use their exfoliant and serum daily and have not had any problems with ingrown hairs.
I would definitely recommend this location for waxing, especially because depending on what you have done, your first wax may be free (call for current promotions). It’s hard but try not to be to self conscious, remember the girls working here see lots of bodies all day and your’s is not likely to stick out at the end of the day.

The front staff really make this place friendly! I love those girls. I go here for bikini waxing. Most of the waxing specialists I’ve had have been great. I like having a conversation with someone rather than get in, rip and leave. They do seem to have high turn over since my specialist has changed 3 times. Arianna, the one I have now, is wicked quick and straight to business.
I like their wax and I use their serum every day.

Went back today and was reimbursed for the extra parking fee last time. I’m glad that this EWC takes its customers’ concerns into consideration! There was excellent service, Jillian did an awesome job as usual, and all the girls were very friendly. The only thing I personally could still do without is the scripts and promotions, but I understand that is a part of their business model. Thanks to the quality and convenience, though, I’ll be back!

Love this place. The minute I walk in everyone is friendly and helpful. I love the staff! It’s not overpriced and I can always get in and out in about 20 minutes for my Brazilians. I recommend it to anyone I talk to about waxing!
Added bonus is the location. If I need to eat, drink or shop there are tons of options within walking distance.

I LIVE for Euro wax center! I’ve yet to meet a dull employee. The wax is perfect for my skin and the kit has been working magic. My wax specialist, PAM took extra good care of me and I highly recommend this location! Prices you can’t beat either!
