I took my 2014 Mazda3 here for the second time this weekend. I will say, they always get me in for a Saturday appointment. I just needed an oil change and a tire rotation. The guy came back and told me I needed a new cabin air filter and new windshield wipers. Well, I let him replace the air filter because honestly, I think the air smells funny when it comes through. But, I –just– had my brother put new windshield wipers on less than 2 weeks ago. I think not. He tells me «Oh, well they are streaking but I will have the guy wipe them off and try again.» I waited just under an hour and finally he told me I could go pay at the service desk. Last time I paid, he cashed me out at a different counter. A woman was at the desk and while she was shuffling through some papers I saw that they have an oil change club reward card. No one gave me one before so I mention it to her. «I’ve had my oil changed here before but no one gave me a card.» She acted surprised and said she would give me one. She hands it to me with one punch. I said, «You can see that I have had my oil changed here twice now, you’re not going to punch it again for me?» She just responded, «Nope.» and kind of shrugged. She might have added a sorry but she didn’t mean it. I don’t think I will be going back. I have had much better service at other dealerships, unfortunately not in the Cincinnati area.

they said this van is ready to drive, however they didn’t know at 122k if the belt not chain but belt was done. they are selling it at a retail price. Someone is going to buy this van and shortly after the belt goes and the engine is done for ever short of another engine. I was told they had nothing showing the belt wasn’t done already. should they be asking retail price, and should they be setting someone up like this. This is only done cause people don’t ask the questions, just about all lots are like this so be aware.

I tried to call four times to schedule service and nobody ever answers the phone. Not sure how they survive as a company.
