Went to this location for the first time the day before Thanksgiving. The store is larger on the inside than it looks to be from the outside. The produce section was stocked with fresh vegetables. There were plenty of items in stock that usually sell out prior to the holiday(greens& yams). What I liked best was the check out process. There were plenty of registers open with cashiers and baggers present. The lines moved fast. And I did not feel compelled to use the self checkout due to long lines. Although this particular Kroger always appears very busy and crowded. I would go back if on this side of town as the workers were friendly and helpful.

The Little Clinic: ‘Misplaced’ protective health information, which included my social security number(HIPPA violation). Very unorganized! RN came off as lazy, incompetent, and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I had to make multiple trips in order to get all the paperwork I needed for my physical. Definitely do not recommend! *Outside of The Little Clinic, this Kroger is OK, but please beware The Little Clinic.

It’s my neighborhood Kroger. I live almost equal distance from this one and the Finneytown location. I think the NCH location is bigger. I’ve had hit or miss experiences. Sometimes the service is great, products are in stock and store is clean. Other times not so much! It’s only 1 of 2 close options so it just has to do the trick!

This is where I get my groceries. If you live in North College Hill or Mt. Healthy this is probably where you get your groceries too. It’s a decent Kroger. Definitely better than the OTR or Clifton Krogers. Comparable to the Queen City Kroger, not as nice as the one in Hyde Park. Just about every Kroger has roughly the same selection. I’ve been told by multiple Kroger employees that every Kroger carries the same things and have been unable to disprove this, though they all look a bit different. Love the Kroger Plus card. Saves me money in the store, and saves me money at the pump. It’s nice to get about forty cents off a gallon of gas at the end of every month. Kroger Plus cards also work at any Kroger store(there are stores by other names in other parts of the country that accept them). This Kroger employs many special needs people/people with various handicaps. I think the U-scan should be limited to express orders only. When you have a full cart of groceries, the U-scan just isn’t faster. Please keep this in mind Kroger customers!

If you are in this little hamlet of a neighborhood tucked between Northside and Ronald Regan Highway you will find that this is your only grocery option. I sometimes go there to grab a few things on my way home from work or during my lunch hour. They have all the basics of any Kroger but don’t go expecting to find much organic produce. You’ll have much better luck finding a huge variety of potato chips and junk food. The beer selection is sub-par but they have been improving it over the last year so I do give them props for that. I once asked a store clerk if they had any Moerlein beers and her response was that I need to go back to Hyde Park.(side note: I’m not from Hyde Park) The Kroger salad bar here is often picked over, un-stocked and messy. I constantly see Kroger staff simply just walking past not caring. I’ve gone back several times at lunch but it never seems to improve. I would stay away from it! If you plan on stopping here wearing anything that resembles semi-business attire, be prepared to be asked multiple times where something is and if you are the manager. This happens to me all the time. I want to support this little neighborhood Kroger and give them huge props for trying. They do keep the store clean and pretty well stocked. They also seem to employ several adults with disabilities. I give them HUGE credit for this! So all in all if you are in a hurry and find yourself over there this Kroger isn’t a bad stop for the basics, but I wouldn’t recommend doing normal grocery shopping here.
