I love Larosa’s but I can’t bear eating at this location again. The staff was nice and the food was decent but it was extremely uncomfortable because of how cold it was. The thermostats were locked so the staff couldn’t change the temperature.

This place has really gone down hill. It’s bad enough that LaRosa’s food quality is a fraction of what it used to be and seems to get a little worse each year. I think they are trying to be as bad as the big chains. They are very close already and maybe in another year or two as the chain keeps expanding, they will suceed. The staff at this location are badly in need of better management. It is sad to see what has happened to what used to be a good restaurant chain. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else.

So… I will start with the fact that I don’t like LaRosas pizza. It’s the equivalent of Kid Cuisine frozen pizza. The only reason I went was; went to a Reds game + 11 strikeouts= 1 free small pizza pet ticket. My children we’re happy to get free pizza. Against my better judgement, I decided to take them. Anytime I try to order over to phone,(the first time we tried them, and any other Reds strikeout game,) my order is sent to a different location than the one I ask for. When we get there, we are told«this happens all the time.» They then put in an order for their store, and we wait. To circumvent this, I decided to just drive to the location and order in person. The guy behind the counter was very confused by me ordering in person. Ordering took almost as long as waiting for the pizzas. Quality is strongly lacking. For starters, if you look at the pictures I attached, you will see what a sloppy mess these pizzas are. I don’t mean this in a tasty way. Particularly the tomato pizza. On that one, not only was the cheese pouring off the side, the cheese and connecting crust was burnt underneath. It almost seems like they did this to cover their mistake. Both pizzas were sticking to their boxes in places. My kids were pulling paper off the bottom, and when they missed a spot, out of their mouths. It was disgusting all around. The Reds Strikeout tickets are a way to build business. This has cost mine.

Tonight we had a special disaster at your Bridgetown store for dine-in. Our meal was a disaster. Appetizers came out after meals. Salads never came. Kids raw make-a-pizza came out after adult meals were delivered. Drinks were refilled slowly. Basically, La Rosas needs new and serious management. La Rosas has fallen very far in quality and service. I have been eating your food for 40 years, and this is the worst experience ever. Please address the management issues. Our waiter needed help and no one bothered. Thankfully the manager helped us with a discount, but this was truly the worst. This was actually our 2nd choice tonight, but something was even worse was happening at Boudinot. The wait there was ~2 hours even though they had plenty of seats! Regardless, all of these situations could be easily remedied with better managers and slightly higher pay during the holidays. UPDATE: I gave this review to LaRosas website and they gave me a nice credit for my trouble. I still think they need to pay more and hire more people, but at least they tried to fix the problem.

My family and I decided to find a LaRosa’s on the way back home from a Reds game and this one was on our route. I’ve heard that LaRosa’s is popular in Ohio so we wanted to give it a try, we loved it! The breadsticks were very good, the pizza was tasty and I liked how the crust was very soft, we were very happy with our choice of dinner! The staff were friendly and our waitress was always checking on us when needed. Our visit here was very pleasant. If ever in that area again, I’m sure we’ll stop for some great pizza!

It’s certainly not the worst pizza I’ve ever had. The tomato sauce is quite sweet, if you’re wondering. I’ve always felt LaRosa’s is better at the zoo, ballpark, or King’s Island, but I’m not sure why. I’ll take this over greasy Pizza Hut any day. Montgomery Inn pizza smells like McDonald’s but tastes pretty decent. I think they may have too many locations on the West Side. We somehow got this location mixed up with two others that were less than a five minute drive from one another. The place seemed clean, but the parking lot was kind of a one way loop-d-loop disaster. Eventually we got our order at the right location. This location seemed very clean as well and the staff was friendly.

I have ordered from this LaRosa’s before and had problems. My dad just moved into a new apartment and this was the closest LaRosa’s to him so we ordered delivery and it was a Friday night so they said an hour wait, which we understood. After an hour we called the store and they explained it was going to be right there, well after waiting another forty five minutes we called the call center again and they said the driver couldn’t find my dads apt. Finally the driver showed up ninety minutes after they said and the pizza was Luke warm, yet they still wanted us to pay for it. That is the final time I will order from that LaRosas and I have told many of my West Side friends as well.

I LOVE LaRosa’s Pizza. Its by far my favorite pizza place in Cincinnati. But this location is probably not my first choice. Its rather small and the parking lot reflects that as well. I had to park on the street in the neighborhood. Not a huge deal for me but still. Inside most of the people working there are from the nearby high school. And it kind of shows a little bit. I ordered a beer and i went to pull my card out and the kid didn’t even bother looking. I mean I’m 26, but really look like im underage and he should be checking everyones ID no matter what. Other then that everything else was pretty good. I would probably go here again if i saw that the parking lot wasn’t so full.

Cincy’s pizza is LaRosa’s. After tasting the signature items of Cincinnati, I’ve realized that Cincy just likes sweet. Everything has to be a little sweet. That’s great if you like it, but that’s not how pizza is supposed to taste in my book. When I get LaRosa’s I feel like I need an antidote of Adriatico’s! However, I do love their Italian dressing and their lasagna. So, in the end this gets a middle-of-the-road rating. This particular LaRosa’s has one of the worst parking lots. It doesn’t have enough spaces, and the whole driving area is really tight. Also trying to turn left off that street during rush hour(aka dinner time) is a nightmare, so just turn right out of the parking lot and go around the block to the light on Bridgetown. Luckily the employees are nice, and they’ve never screwed up my order, so I’ll keep coming back.
