I made an appointment at the Midwest Eye Center in Eastgate to have my eyes checked and to get a new eye glass prescription. I ordered glasses using the prescription given and it wasn’t good. So I called the office and they told me to come back in to recheck it. I saw Dr. Kies both times and he was extremely rude. He told me not to go to his place for eye glass prescription because«he hated it». Why would you take an appointment if you can’t give a correct prescription? No only he was very rude, bad also ended up giving me my old prescription from my glasses because he wasn’t sure what my new prescription is! I’m shocked that a place that claims specializes on eyes, can’t handle the simplest of all things. If he doesn’t want to deal with a prescription, then don’t take the appointment and my money! People’s time is very valuable. Also, the hygiene at the place is not good. They don’t even wipe the tools down that they make you put close to your face. The place where I’m supposed to rest my forehead was greasy, as well as the tool to cover my eyes. I’m very disappointed at Midwest Eye Center and I will be sharing my bad expirience with my colleges, family and friends.
